Impact Wrestling Live 2/28/13…Setting Up Lockdown Live In The States

We start the show off with footage from last week when Aces and 8’s take out Hulk Hogan before his big match. Bully Ray and Brooke Hogan enter The Impact Zone. Hogan is still at home, resting from his injuries, being beaten up bad. Bully says there is nothing else to say.

We are live in The Impact Zone, with Mike Tenay and Todd Kenneley welcoming us to the show, minus Taz. Because, Bully Ray is in the ring.

Bully Ray has never been more pissed off. Aces and 8’s have caused havoc all around TNA for the last year. They took out Hogan, Sting, Magnus, and many other TNA wrestlers. They ruined his wedding, and ruined a big week last week, when they took out Hogan before his return to the ring. Bully issues a challenge to Devon, that he will get his hands on him someday. But first, he wants to bring out his Lockdown opponent, the same man who was attacked by Aces and 8’s last month, that man is the World Heavyweight Champion, Jeff Hardy.

Here comes the champ.

Never did Bully Ray imagine that they would be standing side by side looking at each other when they are facing each other for the most prestigious prize in our industry, at Lockdown. But he has a bad feeling about this. He doesn’t believe he deserves a title shot, because he is Hulk’s son-in-law. Hulk had other guys, more worthy fight each other in a tournament to determine the Number One Contender for Hardy;s World Heavyweight Title. It wasn’t Bully, and he isn’t sure this is the way he wants to face Hardy. He’s not positive that he is the right guy to face Jeff, at Lockdown.

Hardy says it’s great to be back at Impact…at the Zone. He’s glad that Hogan chose Bully, because they have alot of history. They broke alot of chairs, they climbed alot of ladders, and are now in a higher position. He wishes him luck at Lockdown.

Here comes Bad Influence.

Kazarian said that Bully shouldn’t feel good about the title shot, because he didn’t do anything to earn it. Thunderlips did give Bully a shot. He gave him his daughter, someone has to rub tanning lotion on Brooke.

Daniels calls Bully Raymond, both he and Jefferson do not deserve title shots, and Hardy is lucky he still has the title, because he outwrestled him, and he had an allergic reaction to his face paint. So get out of their ring, so the fans can worship them.

Bully grabs the mic, and takes the Appletini. He took a swig, and put it back in the glass. Bully told him real men don’t drink Appletinis.

Bully and Hardy beat down Bad Influence, and Bully issued the challenge for later tonight. Bad Influence against Bully Ray and Jeff Hardy.

We will find out who is on Team Aces and 8’s, and Team TNA for Lethal Lockdown match, we will also see a Gut Check, featuring two women.

Next, Knockout Title on the line, Velvet Sky Vs Tara.

Magnus is backstage, putting his name in Sting’s head for Team TNA. TNA took an opportunity on a 22-year old kid who was green as grass in Magnus, but the one guy who mentored him was Sting. So Magnus has to give back, why Magnus? Why the hell not?

Gail Kim is joining Todd and Tenay. Gail gets the Knockout Title shot at Lockdown.

Knockout Title match is up, now.

Velvet wins the match with an In Yo Face. She faces Gail Kim, next Sunday.

Austin Aries is on the phone with Bobby Roode. Roode isn’t there yet, and they have a photo shoot. We found out there is a 3-way for the Tag Team Titles next Sunday, with Bad Influence and Chavo, and Hernandez. Austin can beat anyone by himself.

Chavo tells Austin he has a match tonight, but not against Chavo, but against Hernandez.

Kenny King is outside earlier tonight. He is the X-Division, even though he is not the Champion.

He confronts RVD, and asks him when is he going to get his title shot, he is better than Kenny. RVD issues a challenge tonight against Kenny. If he wins, he gets a title shot, but if Kenny loses, he will never receive a X-Division Title shot again.

Taz joins us now at the announce table, while we have Hernandez Vs Austin Aries.

Austin wins the match with a chain. He used the title though for leverage, against Hernandez.

Sting gives Joseph Park a rib, get it. Anyway, Joseph wants a spot on Team TNA. Sting sees Matt Morgan, and asks him to be a part of Team TNA. But since Sting has something to do with Hogan, the answer is no.

X-Division Title match is up now, RVD Vs Kenny King.

Kenny King wins the X-Division Title with a Royal Flush.

Sting is backstage, he sees Kurt Angle. Kurt asks to see the list of people Sting is choosing, he made his list. Kurt has plans of his own.

Tonight, Bad Influence will face Jeff Hardy and Bully Ray.

We see video footage of Hogan being attacked by Aces and 8’s last week, and Hogan tweeted his leg. He’ll be back, brother.

Aces and 8’s make their way to the ring.

So Sting honestly believe he has the squad that can take out this club? It looks like Sting has been drinking that Hulk Hogan Kool-Aid.

This is the team that will dominate TNA. This club will dominate Team TNA. D.O.C, Knox, Anderson, Bischoff, and Devon will shatter Sting’s dreams. The same thing will happen that happened at Bound for Glory. The thing about this Sting, he will lead his team to slaughter.

Now testify to that.

Here comes Sting.

The first member of Team TNA is Samoa Joe.

The second member of Team TNA is “Cowboy” James Storm.

The third member of Team TNA is Magnus.

The fourth, and final teammate, joining Sting is “Showtime” Eric Young.

EY is behind Aces and 8’s, and here comes Team TNA to clean house.

I like this team.

Gut Check is up next, we get a video profile of former Tough Enough contestant Ivelise Felez.

Moments ago, we see what we just saw….Team TNA is announced, including the return of “Showtime” Eric Young. Aces and 8’s leave The Impact Zone, with Kurt Angle following them.

Ivelise is facing Lei’d Tapa.

She is the niece of wrestler The Barbarian, who trained her.

Our Gut Check match is up now, Ivelise Felez Vs Lei’d Tapa. The lovely Taryn Terrell is the referee.

Ivelise wins with a guillotine, making Lei’d tap out. The question is do either of them get a TNA contract? We will find out next week.

Austin Aries informs Hardy in the locker room he is pulling for Hardy to win his tag match tonight, and his match with Bully in 10 days. The reason is because Bully is the new golden child, and he wants Hardy to pull it off.

Next, we will get an update on AJ Styles.

The profile of AJ Styles’ best friend, and his wife. AJ has changed, he is not the same man, and it started with the Claire Lynch saga. Even his wife doubted that he didn’t cheat. AJ comes to the house, and he kicks the camera crew out, and takes off.

The Bro saga continues, with The Shore.

Robbie E. calls Rob Terry to the ring, bro.

Things have gotten out of hand, bro. He messed things up by slapping him last week. He messed a great friendship for 2 years, so for old times sake, let’s get another bro-off, and he’ll start it off.

And of course, Robbie E. makes the breakup official, by smacking a photo of Robbie E on T. The problem is Big Rob no sold it, and wanted a piece of Robbie E.

The battle of the Robbie’s, is on.

Backstage, Bully Ray is working out. Austin Aries comes over, and tells Bully he is rooting for him tonight, and for the World Title match in 10 days.

Bully Ray isn’t buying it, and tells Austin he won’t get a World Title shot anytime soon.

Good talking to you.

Our main event is next.

Kurt Angle is on the hunt for Aces and 8’s.

Our main event, Bad Influence will face Bully Ray and Jeff Hardy.

Hardy and Bully Ray win with an electric chair, and a Swanton, with Hardy pinning Kazarian.

The show ends with Kurt Angle entering the clubhouse it seems. He takes out Anderson, storms into a door, and see a masked man. Kurt lays him out with a beer bottle, unmasks the person, and knows who it is, but we don’t. The rest of the Aces and 8’s attack Kurt from behind, and the show ends here.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

A much better show tonight, and it’s especially good when everyone is here, and counting. Including the World Heavyweight Champion. I liked the opening promo with doubt in the woods, so to speak with Bully Ray, not quite feels he earns a title shot, but with Jeff accepting the challenge, everything is good. Good spot for Bad Influence, and those two did their jobs well.

I also liked the revelation of Team TNA, and Team Aces and 8’s. I guess it will be a 5-on-5 match. If you don’t know what Lethal Lockdown is, it’s more or less a Wargames match, with the same rules in tact. Expect to see some chaos, and you know how I feel about chaos.

Who is behind the mask? Here is a guess, it might be Samoa Joe. We know, whoever it is, it’s a big dude, but I surely hope we don’t get another cheesy kidnapping next week. Let’s just have Kurt get amnesia, or something else.

The Gut Check at this point, I can either do with it, or do away with it. I hope they keep both girls though, because the women’s division can always grow. But the match didn’t do much for me, perhaps it was a size clash? Not sure, but I do believe Ivelise will stick around, just because she has a bit of a name value.

Austin Aries was great tonight, stirring the pot. But then again, you already knew that.

Good X-Division Title match, and we have a new champion. Kenny King is a good choice, and I think Rob Van Dam did everything he could with the title. Moving on now.

Why in the hell wouldn’t Matt Morgan take that spot on Team TNA? What exactly is he doing now, as opposed to the shot Sting offered Matt on a major PPV? Joseph Park disapproves.

The AJ Styles segment was interesting, not sure where they are headed with this, but it reminds me of what they did with Bobby Roode, after he won the World Heavyweight Title.

Speaking of Roode, where was he? They had a photo shoot to do.

Plenty of action, but it wasn’t too much, so in all, a solid show tonight.

Now we are on the road to Lockdown. Which means I will not cover next week’s Impact Wrestling, because I am headed to Springfield, Ohio next weekend for my team’s Bowling State Tournament. I am getting home that Sunday evening, which means I might not get to watch Lockdown live, but I will order it that week, at some point, and give you my thoughts. I will also do a report early next week, talking about The Impact Zone, and sharing my thoughts on the new venture TNA is taking, on the road. So be on the lookout for that.

What were your thoughts on the show? Send them to me, here.

WWE Monday Night Raw 2/25/13…Cena Vs Punk In Big D

Tonight, WWE has stacked the cards on the Road to Wrestlemania on tonight’s show. Instead of kicking things off last week, after Eliminating Chamber, they decided to put this one on the map. So WWE, it’s put up, or shut up. Tonight, Vince McMahon will challenge Paul Heyman to a fight, and we will see one more time….John Cena Vs CM Punk, with the winner facing The Rock, at Wrestlemania.

Vince comes out, still in crutches, he says that with Wrestlemania upon us, let’s get this show started. He wants Heyman in the ring, now.

Here comes Heyman.

Paul says that Vince has as much of a chance to beat him in a fight as Tony Romo does in leading his Dallas Cowboys to the Super Bowl. Paul wants to make sure Vince wants to do this, and he attacks him with a crutch.

Vince comes back, and nails Heyman with his other crutch, and HERE COMES THE PAIN!!

HERE COMES THE GAME!!!

HHH, with short hair and all comes to the ring, and the fight is on.

The fight went on for a few minutes, with Brock bleeding on his head, after HHH sent him to the steel post. Brock grabbed a chair, but HHH came back and nails Brock in the back with a chair, and sent a message.

Tonight, John Cena Vs CM Punk. Winner moves on to Wrestlemania.

The return of MizTV, with Alberto Del Rio and Jack Swagger as his two guests.

Ryback Vs Dolph Ziggler, next.

This Friday night will be Social Media Smackdown.

Moments ago, HHH came back to fight with Brock Lesnar.

Jerry “The King” Lawler and Michael Cole welcome us, we are in Dallas, Texas.

Dolph Ziggler is in the ring, he is set to face Ryback, now.

Dolph is Shellshocked, match is over.

I know what you’re thinking, you too forgot that Ziggler is “Mr. Money in the Bank”, just like I did.

“The Call” starring Halle Berry and David Otunga is showing now.

Enter CM Punk.

We are sold out in Dallas, in the ring…CM Punk.

Tonight, we will witness history. And we will tell our grandchildren about this night. A story has been told for many years, yet we will witness the beginning. They will say that this story is about John Cena Vs CM Punk, but this is not about John Cena, and this isn’t about The Rock.

Punk can point to that sign, because the winner moves on to Wrestlemania, but tonight, it’s not even about Wrestlemania, and tonight, it’s not even about the people. It’s not even about the WWE Championship. Tonight, it’s about the future, what is more important than Wrestlemania, or about The Rock and John Cena, tonight, it’s about CM Punk.

Tonight is about Punk taking the place of immortals, in the main event. He has held his precious WWE Championship longer than anyone has held in decades. He has beaten John Cena many times, he has pinned The Rock three times in four weeks, he is the best in the world. The best in the world deserves to be at Wrestlemania. He is not just a human being, he is immortal. A legend, an Icon, the best, and greatest that we all inhabit. He is GOD.

Our latest inductee of the WWE Hall of Fame is none other than Donald Trump.

Oh boy, our next match is The Great Khali Vs Mark Henry.

Henry wins with a World’s Strongest Slam, can this end the feud, please?

Marine 3: Homefront, out on DVD and Blu-Ray, next Tuesday. The movie stars The Miz.

We come right back to the show, with The Miz in the ring. He is with Jack Swagger, Zeb Colter, Alberto Del Rio, and Ricardo Rodriguez.

Miz is giving the gentlemen the chance to speak. Zeb was looking forward to speaking to Glen Beck, but he chickened out, so he is going to talk to them.

Zeb discusses about 1,100 undocumented workers, he is staying political correctness here. Zeb talks about how those people take our jobs, our medical resources, and stop our productivity. You people drain us.

Alberto interrupts him, and Miz makes it clear, he wants to hear from Del Rio, and asks him how hard is it to become a citizen of Mexico.

Zeb counters, and says it takes 10 years to become a citizen of Mexico. A foreigner can’t own property, so what is Del Rio afraid of?

Del Rio says to not disrespect his people.

Zeb makes this clear this is not personal, Del Rio represents success to live the American Dream. Del Rio encourages millions of people to sneak into our country, he calls them criminals.

Del Rio tells Zeb to shut up.

Alberto says America represents opportunities, and Del Rio is the very definition of that. He had never heard of Zeb, until now, and unfrotunately he just met him. But if Jack has the cajones, they can take care of their beef now.

Swagger says they will see him at Wrestlemania. WE THE PEOPLE.

No couches were flipped.

Tonight, John Cena Vs CM Punk, with the winner going to Wrestlemania to face The Rock.

Next, Randy Orton Vs Antonio Cesaro.

Next week is Old School Raw.

During the commercial, Zeb Colter tells The Miz he didn’t like how he conducted the interview, and Swagger nails him from behind.

WE THE PEOPLE.

Cesaro is in the ring, and we have our match….Orton Vs Cesaro, now.

Orton wins a rather short match with an angled RKO, making Cesaro look like a chump in the process.

Team Hell No is impressed with Randy. Daniel just want to get along, and Kane agrees with that. Kane said they have The Primetime Players tonight. Daniel said he can beat them by himself, blindfolded. Kane says he can beat them with one hand tied behind his back.

Vickie Guerrero and Brad Maddox hear this, and orders the match, with stipulations to happen, Team Bricky has spoken.

Cole magically wonder what things would be like if WWE had their own Academy Awards, so we take a look at Wrestlemania Goes Hollywood, from Mania 21, featuring JBL and John Cena doing their take on “A Few Good Men”.

Sheamus will give us his Oscar snub, next.

Breaking news, later tonight, we will see The Miz face “The Real American” Jack Swagger.

They want us to Tout what we thought of the “fight” between Vince McMahon and Paul Heyman.

Our next segment is Sheamus tellins us his biggest Oscar Snub, and that is the Academy not rewarding Wade Barrett an Academy Award nomination from his role “Dead Man Down”.

We see a clip to confirm us that Wade Barrett is indeed in the movie.

Here comes Wade.

He says that Sheamus is just jealous because tomorrow night, Wade will be at a real movie premiere, and Sheamus will wake up, and turn in his rentedf tux.

Sheamus said make sure he gets the good side, but with a nose like that, there is no good side. He attemtps a Brogue Kick, but Barrett moves out of the way.

Cody Rhodes is in the ring, his Lovestache in full effect. He will face R-truth, and we have Damien Sandow doing color commentary.

Truth wins with a Little Jimmy, and nobody cares.

Another Youtube clip with Zeb and Jack. You can follow them over at Youtube.com/WeThePeopleZeb.

They are talking about jobs, and how they are taking good jobs away from us.

We The People.

The Miz will face “A Real American” Jack Swagger, tonight.

Now, we have our tag team match….Daniel Bryan wrestling blindfolded, and Kane has one arm tied behind his back.

Their opponents are Primetime Players.

Team Hell No won blindfolded, and one arm tied behind their back.

The Shield speaks, next.

Earlier tonight, we see Vince and Heyman fight, but this spells the return of Brock Lesnar and HHH.

The Shield make their way to the ring.

Ambrose says things won’t get better, they will only get worst. They will continue to seek justice. Reigns says it doesn’t matter what happens, they will destroy bodies, and breask bones. Rollins said that at TLC, they faced 3 men in one of the most barbaric matches in WWE, and won. At Elimination Chamber, they solved The John Cena Problem, and last week on Raw, they faced a has-been Rock Star Chris Jericho, and sent him packing. Nobody can beat them, they can send any super team and face them, the end result will be the same.

Here comes Sheamus, challenges them to a fight, fella.

Ambrose and Reings head out of the ring, and Randy Orton climbs to the other side of the ring, and lays out Rollins with a RKO.

The Shield is laid out.

Next, The Miz Vs “The Real American” Jack Swagger.

Swagger wins the match with a Patriot Act.

We The People.

We see footage from last week on Raw, when The Rock showed off his new WWE Title, and see Punk nailing Cena with the old Spinner Title.

We will hear from Cena, next.

When we come back, we get an advertisement from “Robot Combat League” hosted by Chris Jericho, premiering on Scy-Fy at 10:00 PM Tuesday night.

We also heard from HHH, giving Brock a Tout, and people are responding to it.

Josh Matthews is with Cena. John said his time is now, and it’s about proving who really is the best. He’s back to his own self, which can be bad news for the haters out there.

Cena Vs Punk, winner moves on to Wrestlemania, next.

We also see an Undertaker sighting from this past weekend in Texas. WWE touts it.

Our main event, Punk Vs Cena. Who faces The Rock at Wrestlemania? We will find out, now.

Cena wins clean, pinning Punk with an Attitude Adjustment, ending the show. The Rock just conviently sent a tweet congratulating John, and informing us it is indeed Cena Vs The Rock, again.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 2/22/13…Swagger’s Gold

Tonight, we find out the results to Elimination Chamber this past Sunday. Ricardo Rodriguez greets us, and he introduces the World Heavyweight Champion, Alberto Del Rio.

Del Rio retained the World Heavyweight Title this past Sunday night at Elimination Chamber, which means they are going to Wrestlemania.

He also found out who he is facing, and that is Jack Swagger. He has a new friend, a new attitude, and a greater purpose. He says he is what is good in America, and Del Rio is bad for America.

He watched his Youtube segments, and saw his address this past Monday night on Raw. America was built by immigrants, working hard to acheieve a better dream. He suggests that Swagger can come to the ring, and he’ll show him what he can do for America.

Here comes Randy Orton.

Randy was this close to get an opportunity to regain the World Heavyweight Title, and main event Wrestlemania. But that chance was taking away from him. Now while he respects what Swagger did, because he would do the same thing, but the other part of him wants to fight Swagger tonight. He asks Del Rio to step aside just once tonight, so Randy can have a piece of him, and if they have to fight about it, then so be it.

Enter Booker T.

He has another idea for tonight…..a Champion Vs Champion match tonight. Del Rio Vs The Intercontiental Champion, Wade Barrett. And Orton has his wish tonight, as he will face Jack Swagger. Now can you dig that, sucka?

Sheamus is headed to the ring, he will face Damien Sandow, next.

Sheamus wins the match with a Brogue Kick.

Footage from this past week’s announcement about Wrestlemania 30 going to New Orleans.

Tonight, Jack Swagger will face Randy Orton, and Champion Vs Champion, Wade Barrett Vs Alberto Del Rio.

Fandango is coming to WWE.

We see footage from this past Sunday’s Elimination Chamber, with The Shield picking up a huge win over the team of Sheamus, Ryback, and Cena.

Our next match is Layla and Kaitlyn face Tamina Snuka and Aksana.

During the break, on WWE Active, Cody Rhodes almost ran into Cody Rhodes. She likes his moustache, and Cody thanked her, saying some ladies are calling it a “lovestache”.

Layla and Kaitlyn win the match when Kaitlyn nails Tamina with a spear. After the match, Layla keeps her eye on the Diva’s Title.

Next, The Rock’s WWE Title Celebration, from Raw.

The official Wrestlemania theme song is “The Crazy Ones” by Stellar Revival.

Raw Rebound featuring The Rock unveling his new WWE Title, minus the spinner.

This Monday night on Raw, in Dallas….John Cena Vs CM Punk. Winner faces The Rock, at Wrestlemania.

Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger backstage, Wade Barrett says he is down with the cause for Swagger and Colter. Zeb says that Barrett is just like Del Rio, a foreigner coming to take away jobs from Americans. Swagger tells Barrett We The People.

Next, The Viper, Randy Orton Vs Jack Swagger.

Swagger wins with a poke to the eye, hang his throat against the ropes, pin Orton, and put his foot on the ropes.

We The People Indeed

Tonight, Alberto Del Rio Vs Wade Barrett, and next the F-5 Fallout for Mr. McMahon and Paul Heyman.

More footage from this past Monday night on Raw. Vince McMahon challenges Paul Heyman to a fight next Monday.

Movie trailer for “Dead Man Down” with Colin Farrell, and Wade Barrett.

Wade is with Matt Striker. Sheamus again comes up to Wade, poking fun at his role in the movie.

Wade asks Sheamus if he was having this much fun losing to The Shield two nights in a row, because where he was standing, it was hilarious.

The Miz Vs Cody Rhodes, next.

Miz wins with a Figure Four.

More propaganda from Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger, courtesey of Youtube.

Next, our main event will be Champion Vs Champion, Wade Barrett Vs Alberto Del Rio.

Fandango will be coming to WWE.

Del Rio wins the match with a Cross Arm Breaker, making Barrett tap, with Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter looking on from ringside.

The show ends with the two men staring each other down.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

This was the best Wrestling show of the week. I truly enjoyed the matches they had, and we seem to be on course for Jack Swagger Vs Alberto Del Rio at Wrestlemania. Or are we? Swagger had a bit of a run with the law this week, being arrested after Tuesday night’s show, while driving under the influence. He was speeding, and had marijuana in the car. Now what WWE does from here on out, we should see on Monday night, since everything was taped before hand. However, this is not over with, so I will not share my point of view until it is.

I liked the big two matches, with Orton vs Swagger, and Del Rio Vs Barrett. All four men looked strong here, and it makes me wonder if we will see Sheamus Vs Barrett, at Wrestlemania, despite them building up Bo Dallas Vs Wade Barrett feud in previous weeks.

Having said that, everything will point to this coming Monday in Dallas. CM Punk Vs John Cena, Vince McMahon will challenge Paul Heyman to a fight, and big things are set to take place. I hope so, because so far things have been going very, very slowly, and in 3 hour shows, and Wrestlemania, that is unacceptable.

What were your thoughts on Smackdown? Let me know.

Impact Wrestling 2/21/13…We Get Our Lockdown Main Event….Finally

Tonight, The Road to Lockdown makes its conclusion to London, England. Last week, we were left in suspense over who gets the World Title shot against Jeff Hardy at Lockdown.

Hulk Hogan makes his way to the ring, as Mike Tenay, Todd Kenneley, and Taz welcome us to the show.

Hogan said it’s great to be here in London, it feels home right here. Even though Aces and 8’s ruined his big announcement last week of deciding who gets to face Jeff Hardy at Lockdown for the World Heavyweight Title, it gave him an extra week to truly figure out who gets the opportunity. So he is rewarding this shot to the one man who has stood behind TNA, and that man is Bully Ray.

Even Bully Ray questions this, because he has been hurt. He knows that 8 other men had earned that opportunity, and Hogan calls Bully Ray the toughest SOB in the company, for working despite his hurt Quad. So Bully Ray appreciates this opportunity, and promises to take the title from Hardy, and win it for Brooke, Dad.

You can do it, brother.

Bully tells us there are other business matters at hand. Namely Aces and 8’s. So he proposes a big 6-man tag match for our main event. Any 3 members of Aces and 8’s face the team of Bully Ray, Sting, and one more man. Who could that be?

None other than Hulk Hogan.

Hogan agrees, and our match is made, later tonight.

Backstage, Bobby Roode and Austin Aries are getting prepared for their big 8-man tag match. Bad Influence approach them and congratulate them for winning the Tag Team Titles. They would have done it, but Daniels was focused on the World Title. Kazarian is the mater, while Daniels is the ring general, so just follow their lead. Kaz reminds Roode of Fortune, like old times.

For some reason the Tag Team Champions do not like that idea.

The big 8-man tag match is next.

Bobby Roode and Austin Aries, teaming up with Bad Influence will take on Hernandez, Chavo, “Cowboy” James Storm, and Joseph Park, now.

Tenay confirms that it will be Hardy Vs Bully Ray, for the World Heavyweight Title, inside a steel cage at Lockdown.

Chavo, Hernandez, Storm, and Park win with a Frogsplash, Chavo pinning Kazarian, when Roode and Aries walk out on their partners tonight.

We see the carnage taking place the last few weeks with British Boot Camp, and Rockstar Spud feuding with Robbie E.

Their epic match, Spud’s in-ring TNA debut is now.

Rockstar Spud wins the match with a roll up. Robbie T, who is still in the ring with Robbie, he now blames T for losing the match. He slapped him, and that was not a good idea. The List is down the on the ground, off goes the shirt, Robbie E. bails, so T can give us a dance.

Still to come, Hogan, Bully, and Hogan will face Devon, Mr. Anderson, and D.O.C.

Still to come, RVD puts his X-Division Title on the line, and we will get a Knockout Fatal 4-Way Elimination match, next.

Still to come, our big main event. It will be Aces and 8s face the team of Bully Ray, Sting, and Hulk Hogan.

Big Knockout Fatal-4 Way match for the Knockouts Title. Velvet Sky Vs Gail Kim Vs Miss Tessmacher Vs Tara, in an elimination match.

Tara is the first to be eliminated with an In Your Face by Velvet Sky, and Gail rolled her up for the win.

There will be a new Knockout Champion.

Brooke Tesmacher was eliminated by Gail Kim, so now we are down to the final 2 women.

Velvet Sky wins the Knockout Title, with an In Yo Face by Velvet, pinning Gail.

A great moment by Velvet, becoming the Knockout Champion for the second time.

Earlier tonight, we see Bully Ray being named the Number One Contender to the World Heavyweight Title, and will now face Hardy at Lockdown. But tonight, a big 6-man tag match is set for the main event.

We are backstage, Hogan tells Sting he is ready to go. Sting assures Bully everything is good, and Bully loves this moment, tagging with Sting, and Hogan.

Next week, we ill get an update on AJ Styles, in Gainesville, Georgia, and now we get to see Garrett Bischoff Vs Samoa Joe.

Garrett is DQ’d when Briscoe came down to help his good friend, and here comes Kurt Angle.

Kurt is the one who gave Wes the contract, and he is glad he did. At Lockdown, it will be Briscoe Vs Angle, inside a steel cage. It’s real, damn real.

Kenny King Vs Rob Van Dam, X-Division Title match is up next.

X-Division Title match is up now.

RVD wins with the Five-Star Frogsplash, retaining his X-Division Title.

Hogan said there is no turning back, he will be protected, saying that to Brooke. The eye of the Tiger, our big 6-man main event match is next.

Jeff Hardy video stating he and Bully Ray will have the greatest steel cage match in the history of TNA. The creatures make their return next week.

Our big main event match, Devon, Mr. Anderson, and D.O.C. will face Sting, Bully Ray, and the returning Hulk Hogan, now.

Hogan is not out for the match.

Aces and 8’s win, pinning Sting. They had Hulk and Brooke before the match, Bully goes after everyone, and Sting is left by himself, while the numbers games take over. The show ends with Aces and 8’s celebrate.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

I hated to see how Bully Ray received the title shot, when those 8 wrestlers worked hard to try to earn their shot too. I wished they had done it in a different way, because those matches last week mean nothing. And to make matters worst, they promoted throughout the show that Hulk Hogan was going to wrestle, only to not be involved in the match, which has me wondering, is Brooke behind this with Aces and 8’s? Could she and Bully be the brains behind this? Brooke and brains are a bad combination, I know, but there is something disturbing about how she laid it into her father last week to lay off Bully, and “loosen up”, even though he is the General Manager.

The Road to Lockdown has been as “thrilling” as the Road to Wrestlemania, and we only have two weeks of TV. Which means they are down the home stretch here, and they must kick it up a few notches. We know the next two weeks will be live, which is good, but we are back in The Impact Zone, which means no reactions at all.

But on to the matches here.

Good 8-man tag, and it adds a bit to Bad Influence and Aries and Roode having issues with each other, I would have to think those four, with Chavo and Hernandez will be added to the PPV.

A big win for Velvet Sky, becoming the Knockout Champion for a second time, but keep it on her for a while, and not just a month.

King Vs RVD was fine, but RVD needs to start seeing a true challenger to the title, and I am not sure if that’s the direction they are heading with Kenny King.

I truly liked Joe Vs Garrett for some reason. It made sense seeing Briscoe and Angle come out, and now we have Angle Vs Briscoe set for the PPV. I also look for Garrett and Joe to be involved in the Lethal Lottery pick.

The main event was a mess though, because the Hogans distracted anything that was taking place in the ring.

Either way, the next two weeks in the states has to deliver, since TNA is cutting down to 4 PPVs a year. Make this worth every penny, no Open Fight Night or anything like that, just a straight up build to Lockdown.

What were your thoughts on the show? Send them to me here.

WWE Monday Night Raw 2/18/13…The Real Road To Wrestlemania Begins

In the words of the great Jim Ross…”Business Has Just Picked Up”, because we are one day after the Elimination Chamber. We know that this year at Wrestlemania, the stage is set for The Rock Vs John Cena….Twice in a Lifetime. We also know that Jack Swagger is set to face Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Title.

Where we go from here, who knows, but I can’t wait to find out. Here we go.

We are live in the Cajundome, Michael Cole and Jerry “The King” Lawler welcome us to the show.

John Cena is coming to the ring.

For 10 months the sign we saw that said Wrestlemania 29 just meant two cities representing the event, but now after last night, the sights have been set, we now know what will represent Wrestlemania. Jack Swagger will face Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Title, and on April 7th, John Cena will try to become the new WWE Champion, when he meets The Rock.

Enter CM Punk.

Are you sure you’re facing The Rock for the WWE Title? I mean that is the easy way to go, but then again, Punk knows Cena goes the easy route. Let him be clear, Rock beat him fair and square, even though he struck a WWE official, and Punk had him beat, but he beat him fair and square. But when you talk about wins, and losses, Cena has never beaten Punk.

Cena is talking about Wrestlemania, not wins and losses. He didn’t beat The Rock, and Punk will have to sit this one out.

It does mean something, for 434 days, Punk was WWE Champion, he was the best in the world. How did Cena earn his shot? He put himself in a 30 man battle royal, entered at 25 and threw ham and eggers over the top rope? Besides, he has already seen Cena Vs The Rock, Cena can’t get the job done.

What does Punk want Cena to do? Just walk away, just leave the ring, leave WWE, get out of his way. Just walk away.

The answer is no, Punk has a set of stones for saying something honest to him. But he isn’t going to just hand him the golden ticket. But he does have something to prove. He has critics, Punk included….he hasn’t beaten The Rock, he hasn’t beaten Punk, so he won’t give him the golden ticket, but he will give him something to fight for….one match, Cena wins, Punk can get out of the ring, and go away. If Punk wins, Cena will give him his Wrestlemania Title shot.

Punk talks business, Cena handles business. Let’s handle this right here, right now and see who is handling the road to Wrestlemania.

Cena’s word? He just made the dumbest decision of his life, and he will take him up on it, but not here. It’s just on his terms. He got screwed, he shouldn’t be in this position. They will do it next week.

Cena says give Punk his rest, because next week he will beat Punk and move on to Wrestlemania, and know the champ is here.

Tonight, The Rock’s WWE Title celebration, and next, Mark Henry in action.

Jerry “The King” Lawler and Michael Cole welcome us to the show officially, it seems that “Justice prevails” with The Shield being victorious over Cena, Sheamus, and Ryback.

Sheamus is with Josh Matthews, Sheamus tells us that things got out of hand a bit. Ryback is pacing back and forth and Sheamus gets into Ryback’s face, asking if he thinks he is the only one that lost? Is it true about what people say with Ryback, that he is just a normal human being? Ryback and Sheamus start to shove each other, and Chris Jericho comes over in between them, saying they have to get it together. He has seen guys like The Shield before, come in, and take over companies. NWO had done that, as has NEXUS, but this is the WWE, Chris loves the WWE and will never work for another company again, like WWE. He doesn’t want this company destroyed, which is something Shield is fixing to do. Now tonight, Ryback, Sheamus, and Y2J can do something to stop them. If Jericho goes in to talk to Vickie Guerrero, he guarantees that they can get a match tonight, in Cajun country.

If Jericho can get the match, Ryback and Sheamus are cool with it.

Feed Me Shield.

Oh boy, Mark Henry Vs Sin Cara, now.

World’s Strongest Slam, match is over. Mark takes over Sin Cara some more, and here comes Great Khali.

Again?

Henry just yanks Sin Cara over, and is ready for Khali, but walks out of the ring, mocking Khali. If he wanted to dance, he would.

We also see from last night, The Miz being DQ’d in his match with Antonio Cesaro, and next, those two get a rematch in a No DQ Match.

And it’s been confirmed, Sheamus, Ryback, and Chris Jericho Vs The Shield.

Fandango is coming to WWE.

The Miz Vs Antonio Cesaro, in a No DQ match, with Miz still wrapped up.

The Miz wins the match with a Figure Four leg lock. I guess the title was not on the line, because Miz isn’t being rewarded with it. Cesaro tried to do more damage with Miz’s taped arm, but Miz prevailed.

We now know that Jack Swagger will face Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Title at Wrestlemania, after winning the Elimination Chamber match. Tonight, Swagger will give his state of the union address. There is already some leaked footage of it on Youtube, Wethepeople/Zeb.

They are talking about immigration, no more. They will give those people a hand out, a one-way ticket back to where they came from.

Why do they have to go there?

next week, it is official, John Cena Vs CM Punk, with the winner facing The Rock at Wrestlemania.

Daniel Bryan is still upset with what Kane did last night when he tried to hug Kane, he gave him an upper cut instead. He will go to Vickie Guerrero, and request a match with Jack Swagger. He doesn’t want Kane to accompany him to the ring tonight.

Kane agrees, and says he will request a match to the ring, and does not want Daniel in the ring with him, he doesn’t want to deal with any snakes.

“The Viper” asked if anyone said his name. Kane made it clear he doesn’t want to deal with snakes. Orton says that Kane is more into group hugs and therapy sessions now, so he’s not scared of him. In fact, he has turned into Barney the Dinosaur.

Daniel leaves, and Randy leaves.

Vickie Guerrero is on the phone, Heyman shows up. Vickie summoned him to say she has a big announcement concerning his future, but will do it in the ring.

Dolph Ziggler will face Alberto Del Rio, next.

Del Rio makes Ziggler tap out with the Cross Arm Breaker.

Big E. nails Del Rio from behind, and plants him with a Dominator.

Ziggler looks on, he grabs his briefcase, is he cashing in?

Rodriguez steals the briefcase, and runs off. But when Dolph retrieves it, he is met with an enziguri.

Tonight, The Rock’s Championship Celebration.

We will also see Kane take on “The Viper” Randy Orton.

Wade Barrett is in the ring, and informs us he is a top WWE Superstar, and will now be a big Hollywood actor. He is in a movie called “Dead Man Down”, that will start March 18th. It’s a movie starring Colin Farrell is in it.

Sheamus is on the screen, telling us that Barrett isn’t the star of the movie. His good friend Colin Farrell is, now maybe Wade can tell us about it, but we are out of time.

Sheamus just ruined Barrett’s moment.

Time for a 6 person mix tag match of Tensai, Brodus Clay, and I am guessing Naomi taking on The Colon Cousins, and Rosa Mendes.

Brodus, Tensai, and Naomi win with a big splash on Brodus, pinning one of the Colon Cousins.

It’s official, Wrestlemania 30 is coming to New Orleans. Way to go Drew Brees for ruining the news last week, nobody was supposed to know, until now.

“The Real American” Jack Swagger will have his state of the union address, next.

Swagger conquered The Elimination Chamber, but he also put the nation on his shoulders. But tonight is not about Jack, but it’s about the state of the union. There is one man honest enough to deliver it, and that man is a great American, Zeb Colter.

It’s President’s Day, so Zeb wants to thank the bill of rights. This gives them the right to speak their opinions. We may not agree with it, we may not like it, but it’s what they have the right to do.

The state of America is in shambles, but it’s not the real American, but the ones living in our country illegally.

Last night, Swagger won the right to face for the World Heavyweight Title. But now it’s not so much about it. On one side, you have a real American, Jack Swagger. On another side, you have Alberto Del Rio, a man who came to this country to profit our motherland. Swagger will achieve two goals, he will win the title at Wrestlemania, and reclaim our America. Jack Swagger will do that, WE THE PEOPLE!!

Daniel Bryan comes out, and we have our match set, now.

Swagger wins with a Patriot Lock, not Act, but Lock. Bryan was taped up, from last night’s Chamber match, around his ribs, DDP would be proud.

Tonight, The Shield will take on Sheamus, Ryback, and Chris Jericho.

Paul Heyman is headed to the ring, next.

48 days away from Wrestlemania 29.

Excuse Me!!

Vickie Guerrero is here to announce a new Assistant to the Raw Managing Supervisor, Vickie Guerrero….none other than Brad Maddox.

Brad is here to be rewarded for revealing to the world that Heyman is responsible for himself, and The Shield.

Brad says he is the assistant Managing Supervisor, but Vickie corrects him saying he is the assistant to the Managing Supervisor.

Heyman starts to leave, and Vince McMahon is live via satellite.

Heyman tries to butter up Vince, and Vince doesn’t want to hear about it. Last week, he granted that stipulation to CM Punk Vs The Rock last night at Elimination Chamber.

We see footage from last week on Raw, where Heyman said he would do “anything” to get that match. Now firing Heyman would be too easy, so next week, live on Raw in Dallas, Vince will be there, even in crutches, because the two men will have a fight.

Next, a big six-man tag match with Jericho, Sheamus, and Ryback facing The Shield.

Earlier tonight, John Cena makes the challenge to CM Punk….one more time, winner gets Wrestlemania match against The Rock, next week.

Our epic six-man tag is up now.

The Shield win the match when Jericho had Ambrose set for a Walls of Jericho, but Sheamus took out Reigns, and Rollins gave Jericho a dropkick off the top rope, Ambrose pins Jericho.

Next week on Raw, Mr. McMahon will return to the ring, and fight Paul Heyman.

Still to come tonight, The Rock’s Championship Celebration.

Kofi Kingston is in the ring, and his opponent is Damien Sandow.

Damien tells us that president’s Day means the world to him, or something to that regard.

R-Truth is coming back, attacking Damien Sandow, helping his friend out, Kofi Kingston.

We are with DJ and Adrianne again, Rock’s co-stars from G.I. Joe: Retaliation. The movie opens up March 29th.

Tonight, The Rock’s Championship Celebration.

Good lord, 2 Fandango vignettes. This guy isn’t going to make WWE money, they are wasting the costs.

Randy Orton Vs Kane, now.

Orton wins when Daniel Bryan showed up, for no reason at all, distracted Kane and Orton gave him the RKO.

The Rock’s Championship celebration is next.

When we come back, we have Rock’s own marching band.

If Ya Smell….What The Rock is Cooking.

The WWE Champion, The Rock is making his way to the ring.

CM punk last night, you did everything you could, but you showed what a piece of trash you are by spitting The Rock in the face. You did everything you could to show you are the best in the world, but The Rock whooped your ass. The Rock drove this morning 135 miles to Lafayette, Louisiana, holding the WWE Title, to show the world that FINALLY…..THE ROCK HAS COME BACK TO LAYFAYETTE!!!!

48 days until Wrestlemania, which means The Rock is going back to Wrestlemania, but he is not going with this current WWE Title. The Rock has a tremendous amount of respect for the WWE title. But in 8 years ago, when one of the greatest superstars in the world introduced this title, some people thought it was cool, but then again, some believe in Bigfoot. This title should never be used as a toy, and it should never, ever spin.

To The Rock, the WWE Title, when you’re a WWE superstar, WWE Universe, or the first time you see WWE programming, the WWE Title should inspire. And for the people who paved the way, guys like Bruno Sammartino, Hulk Hogan, Bret “The Hitman” Hart, and The Rock’s good buddy, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock gives us the new WWE Championship.

Complete with a Brahma Bull.

People are chanting for The Rock, and The Rock asks if Lafayette likes the WWE Title, and we had to get that, but also get a title that looks badass.

One side chants Boots to Asses, the other side chants who dat.

The question though who will face The Rock. Is it CM Punk? Or is it John Cena?

There is one man The Rock wants to face, one man who brings out the best for The Rock. One man for professional reasons, and personal reasons, that man is….

Here comes John Cena.

Cena smiles, is about to meet The Rock in the ring, but Punk comes up from behind and nails John with the Cena belt. He looks at the title, and throws it away, saying he wants The Rock’s title, and leaves.

The show ends here.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

I guess the real Road to Wrestlemania did not start tonight, but it’s going to start next week, when we find out for sure, who The Rock is going to face, but wait….I think it will start two weeks from now, after Vince McMahon announces we will get a Triple Threat match, with Punk added in the match. This way, the fans can root for Cena and Rock, but boo Punk, or is it the other way around?

Either way, a very disappointed show tonight that didn’t start anything. We will also see Vince McMahon Vs Paul Heyman, oh but wait, HHH will come out and challenge Lesnar, instead.

I am glad that we are getting the new title, in fact, it seems the ugly John cena Title is done. But I want the old school look, complete with the eagle emblem, but I can’t always get what I want. The ending was very intriguing, and I hope the buildup to this triple threat will be tremendous, and with these three, it should be.

So perhaps I should wait to see if this buildup is disappointing in the weeks to go?

Okay, I will. And hey, at least we have one match set in stone….Alberto Del Rio Vs Jack Swagger. Just not sure if this is the right direction for Jack, because he won’t be taken seriously with this gimmick, but he can get some heel heat.

And hey, Fandango is coming.

What did you think of the show? Should this be the real Road to Wrestlemania, or will it officially begin next week, with the added week in the calendar? Let me know.

WWE Elimination Chamber 2/17/13

Tony Dawson and Matt Striker welcome us to the pre-show in the Superdome, New Orleans, Louisiana. The Rock Vs CM Punk II tonight. We will also see Alberto Del Rio Vs Big Show for the World Heavyweight Title. A 6-man tag match of John Cena, Ryback, and Sheamus face The Shield, and we will get an Elimination Chamber match with 6 men vying to get that spot at Wrestlemania, for the World Heavyweight Title. Chris Jericho Vs Kane Vs Daniel Bryan vs Randy Orton Vs Mark Henry Vs Jack Swagger.

Here we go, with the pre-show.

Josh Matthews is with Randy Orton.

Orton is planning on showing the world how dangerous Randy Orton can be.

We see video of Cena, Sheamus, and Ryback Vs The Shield. All I can say is The Shield must win this, and be booked stronger than ever.

The fans have spoken, and we will get it, a reunion of Team Rhodes Scholars. Cody just asks us to do one thing, give them a rounding Team Rhodes Scholars welcome of applause.

Team Rhodes Scholars Vs Brodus Clay and Tensai, now.

Brodus and Tensai win with a splash, Brodus pinning Cody.

There goes that reunion.

Wrestlemania 29 is 49 days away.

Elimination Chamber video is playing.

We are getting CM Punk Vs The Rock video playing now.

We are five minutes away from the show starting.

We are live, and sold out in New Orleans, Louisiana. Michael Cole, Jerry “The King” Lawler, and JBL welcome us to the show.

Our first match tonight is for the World Heavyweight Title. Big Show Vs Alberto Del Rio.

I am guessing Dolph Ziggler isn’t cashing in then, if this is the first match, but here we go.

Alberto Del Rio makes Big Show tap out to the Cross Arm Breaker. First time Del Rio beat Big Show.

Alberto Del Rio is going to Wrestlemania as the World Heavyweight Champion.

We are on the road to Wrestlemania, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

A sneak peek of GI Joe: Retaliation, opening on March 29th.

Our next match is for the United States Title with Antonio Cesaro Vs The Miz.

Josh Matthews is with Andrea Palicki and D.J. Cotrona, the two co-stars of GI Joe, with The Rock.

Miz is DQ’d when the referee, Charles Robinson believed Miz hit a low blow on Cesaro, but it was the positioning, where Antonio made it look like that is where it landed, but it did not.

Miz showed Charles what a real low blow is at, kicking Cesaro.

Daniel Bryan approaches Kane, why is Kane still upset at him, when they are trying to get into the Elimination Chamber?

Kane says he is focused. He has been in the WWE for 15 years, and he has never been in the Wrestlemania main event, so this is a big deal to him.

Daniel suggests that until they meet each other one on one, that they watch each other’s backs, Team Hell No style.

Kane hugs Daniel, and agrees. Daniels watches Kane’s back, and Kane will watch Kane’s back.

Elimination Chamber match, Daniel Bryan Vs Kane Vs Jack Swagger Vs Mark Henry Vs Chris Jericho Vs Randy Orton is up now.

Swagger heads out first, he has new music and of course Zeb Colter is with him. They are both real Americans, and Zeb is disappointed about how this country has become. With illegal people coming into our country, over the borders, poverty running out streets, a real patriot, Jack Swagger will pull this win tonight, and the real Jack Swagger Era will begin.

We The People.

Mark Henry’s music says it all….

“Somebody’s going to get their ass kicked…somebody’s going to get their wig split”.

Chris Jericho and Daniel Bryan start the match.

Jack Swagger has entered the match.

The next person in the match is…..Kane.

The next person in the match is Randy Orton. Still nobody is eliminated.

The Beast Mark Henry is in, still nobody eliminated.

Daniel Bryan is eliminated with a World’s Strongest Slam by Mark Henry.

5 men are left.

Kane is eliminated with a World’s Strongest Slam by Mark Henry.

4 men are left.

Henry is eliminated after a Code Breaker, a boot to the head, and a RKO by Jericho, Swagger, and Orton respectively.

The final three men are Jericho, Swagger, and Orton.

Henry comes right back into the cage and gives all three men a World’s Strongest Slam. Officials, Booker T, and Teddy Long come out to escort Mark out of the Chamber.

Here we go.

Chris Jericho is eliminated with a RKO.

Randy Orton is eliminated with a rollup, by Jack Swagger.

Swagger is going to Wrestlemania.

Orton was thinking too much about going to Wrestlemania, and Swagger was at the right place, at the right time.

Wrestlemania is 49 days away.

Our All-Star match is up now, The Shield Vs John Cena, Sheamus, and Ryback.

The Shield wins with a spear on Ryback, by Reigns. Ryback is pinned by Rollins. Cena had Ambrose on an Attitude Adjustment, but Reigns came from nowhere as earlier he and Sheamus went through a barricade.

Awesome match, with an awesome result. Ryback walks away in disbelief after that match.

Here comes Dolph Ziggler.

He reminds us that the Money in the Bank briefcase guarantees a Wrestlemania main event. Not Swagger winning the Elimination Chamber, and all he does is steal the show.

Enter Booker T.

A bonus match for us, Dolph Ziggler Vs Kofi Kingston.

Ziggler wins with a Zig Zag.

Next…

Big E. Langston takes out Kofi, why not, everyone else has done it lately.

Now we get 2 advertising plugs in one segment. Cole gave us instructions on how to download the WWE App on phone, and Cole has a screen saver of he and King. We also have Body Slammers, featuring Brodus Clay. Tensai is not available, but they all danced.

Kaitlyn Vs Tamina Snuka is next.

Kaitlyn retains the Divas Title with a spear on Tamina.

Our main event, for the WWE Title….CM Punk Vs The Rock II is up now.

To confirm, if Rock is DQ’d, he loses the WWE Title.

Rock wins with a Rock Bottom, after we had 2 ref bumps, Heyman hands Punk the WWE Title. Paul held Rock for Punk to hit him with it, and he nails Heyman instead, with Rock nailing the Rock Bottom.

A much slower paced match here, but it told the story of Punk trying to get out of Rock’s game plan.

The stage is set, Wrestlemania 29 will be John Cena Vs The Rock II, for the WWE title.

The real Road to Wrestlemania begins now.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

Last week, I made a statement that things just didn’t feel all that special. It was designed that way I think with Mainia taking place in April, and not March. So after tonight, things need to be picked up, and it must start tomorrow night on Raw.

Alberto Del Rio made Big Show tap out. It wasn’t a pin, but clearly Del Rio beat Big Show. A good start to the show.

If Miz doesn’t beat Cesaro, who will?

Surprising result for the Chamber match, but in the end, it was a good choice.

I also think we will see a Randy Orton heel turn, and perhaps his Wrestlemania opponent?

A great result too that The Shield wins, and it’s interesting that Ryback was the one who was defeated.

Where do we go from here?

Tough break for Kaitlyn and Tamina to be in the spot they were, but I think AJ Lee is ready for her Wrestlemania match with Kaitlyn.

I didn’t care to put Dolph in a match at all, and actually, there was no point to it. Kofi Kingston has become a tragic case, because he has always had the potential of being a main event caliber performer, yet for whatever reason, WWE never pushes him.

The main event was fine, I was expecting to see The Shield, and I wonder if that planned match with Punk at Wrestlemania is going to happen. If you don’t know, I won’t ruin it, but we should see the beginning of that tomorrow night.

I liked this show, the Chamber match was very good, and I loved the story it told of 6 former World Champions striving to be at Wrestlemania, and one man was at the right place, at the right time. Now let’s see where we go from here.

What were your thoughts on the show? Send them to me.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 2/15/13…The Chamber Match Is Set

Tonight, with 2 days away from Elimination Chamber, we will get to see Randy Orton take on Mark Henry.

Big Show kicks off the show, yet again. I believe this is the third straight week he is in a suit. Let’s start the show off with something else next week.

We see footage from last week when Alberto Del Rio made some changes to the tour bus of Big Show, painting it orange.

Show asks us if he thinks that was funny. Last Monday on Raw, he put 3 innocent people to task, and that was fine, because here is a fact….Alberto Del Rio has never pinned Big Show….Alberto Del Rio has never pinned Big Show….Alberto Del Rio has never pinned Big Show.

Here comes Chris Jericho.

Chris has never seen Big Show act like this, he has known Show for 16 years. Show asks if he has never seen him act like that, then why would he be this close from Show then? We plug Chris’ new show coming to Sy-Fy called “Robot Wars”, starting February 26th.

Chris said that he is here because he has main evented Wrestlemania in the past, and he is in the Elimination Chamber match, which means he is fixing to main event Wrestlemania, and if, or when he beats Del Rio, then that means it will be Chris Jericho Vs Big Show, at Wrestlemania.

Show says if or when that happens, then it will be the last Wrestlemania of his career.

Can You Dig It, Sucka?

Booker T likes where Jericho is going with this, and since it’s possible we might not see Jericho vs Show at Mania, he is making our main event Big Show Vs Chris Jericho, tonight. Now can you dig that, sucka?

Tonight, Randy Orton will go one on one against Mark Henry.

Matt Striker comes up to Randy, and asks his thoughts on tonight’s match, with Elimination Chamber 2 nights away.

Before he says anything, Mark goes face to face with him, while his music starts.

Also tonight, The Rock will be here.

But next, Henry Vs Orton.

Henry wins the match by DQ when Orton uses a chair on Henry and tries to get an upper hand, but Mark nailed Orton with a World’s Strongest Slam.

Tonight, we find out the latest encounter The Rock and CM Punk last Monday night, and next, the odds are even for The Shield.

Matt Striker is with Mark Henry.

The Hall of Pain is back for business after 9 long months of being absent. We just saw what happened to Randy Orton, and they are putting 5 men in a steel structure….WITH MARK HENRY!!!! Nobody can stop him, not the Navy, Army, Marines, or Air Force. Nobody.

We see what took place this coming Monday with The Shield, John Cena, Sheamus, and Ryback. This Sunday, those six men face each other, in a six man tag.

Divas action is set now, Layla taking on Tamina Snuka.

Tamina wins with the Snuka Splash. I guess she is the Number One Contender to the Divas Title, and she will face Kaitlyn this Sunday.

Whatever.

We see CM Punk taking The Rock’s title this past Monday, and Rock will be here next, to answer to CM Punk.

The WWE Champion, The Rock is out. He says that taking his belt doesn’t make him champion, it just makes a trait, that Punk is in line for the biggest ass kicking of his life. CM punk, you can hear the people, because this Sunday, The Rock will make you suffer. The people want to see The Rock make Punk to suffer, because you are acting like a spoiled little boy, that cries when he gets his toy taken away, and he uses Paul Heyman to make things all better. This Sunday, Rock is going to make Punk pay for taking his belt.

CM punk is with us, live, via satellite. This is not a belt, this is a Championship Title, and Punk is the best in the world. Rock is acting like a hypocrite, whining about this. Punk beat him at Royal Rumble, yet he is screwed out of the title. But that is the plan, since Rock can’t be disqualified, or he will lose the title. So that is the game plan, to have Rock beat himself, and this People Era is over.

Rock makes this clear, Punk is acting like a spoiled little boy, and Rock is a man standing in the way. The fact is Punk will have to look at himself in the mirror on Monday, and realize he failed. Punk will be a failure, and there is nothing he can do….if ya smell what The Rock is cooking.

Tonight, Big Show Vs Chris Jericho.

3MB will face Brodus Clay and Tensai.

This Sunday at the Elimination Chamber pre-show, we will see Tensai and Brodus Clay face Team Rhodes Scholars. They brought the band back.

Brodus and Tensai win with Brodus pinning Jinder with a Splash.

The four start to dance, and here comes The Shield.

The Shield lay out Brodus and Tensai, and Dean Ambrose has the mic.

Do not think for one second things will change on Sunday night. Sheamus, Cena, and Ryback will feel the pain, and suffering. We will believe in The Shield.

Commercial break.

Our next match is Cody Rhodes Vs The Miz.

The Miz hits the Figure Four, and makes Cody tap out. This Sunday, The Miz will face Antonio Cesaro for the United States Title at Elimination Chamber.

Tonight, Chris Jericho will face The Big Show.

Our next match is Jack Swagger Vs Zack Ryder, with Zeb Coulter accompanying him to the ring.

Jack wins the match with a Patriot Act.

Jack gives us Zeb Coulter.

The choices we make is this man right here, Zack Ryder. He cares more about his hair, and his tan than his country.

Jack Swagger is a great man, a great patriot, and a real REAL American and he knows how to fix it. It starts right here, and remember, we the people.

Elimination Chamber has taken place for 10 years now, starting back in 2002, and we get an Elimination Chamber video.

Matt Striker is with Alberto Del Rio. Matt brings up what Big Show said earlier tonight, that he never pinned Big Show. Del Rio said they will answer that question, Ricardo, is Alberto Del Rio the World Heavyweight Champion? Si. Did Del Rio beat Big Show twice? Si. Did Del Rio make Big Show look like a pumpkin last week? Si. But seriously, Big Show is right, he never did pin him, but that changes this Sunday.

Jericho Vs Big Show, our main event is up next.

Big Show wins with a WMD, ending the show. The World Heavyweight Champion shows up, and the two have a staredown. Elimination Chamber is this Sunday.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

Tonight’s show was better than most shows the last few months, and partly was because of Chris Jericho’s appearance. I am not sure why they have The Rock appear, I guess to just say he is back on Smackdown. But all he does is address the crowd, and gives us his take on the upcoming match with Punk.

I sincerely hope The Shield wins this Sunday, but I have my doubts.

No Dolph Ziggler tonight, which makes me believe he cashes in and wins the World Heavyweight Title after Del Rio Vs Big Show. And then he will face Chris Jericho, who wins the Elimination Chamber match, but we shall see this Sunday.

What were your thoughts of the show? Send them to me here, and I will talk to you Sunday night.

Impact Wrestling 2/14/13…Who Is The Number One Contender, Brother?

The recording on my TV did not work, so I am watching Impact, through Youtube. A few weeks ago, we find out that Garrett Bischoff and Wes Briscoe were a part of Aces and 8’s. We also see the two men, who are planning to dominate the world, Austin Aries and Bobby Roode win the World Tag Team Titles, and it seems that Bull Ray and Hulk Hogan are on the same page. Impact Wrestling, starts now.

We are in Wembley Stadium, in London, England. Todd Kenneley, Mike Tenay, and Taz welcome us to the show, and here comes the General Manager, Hulk Hogan.

The crowd, of course goes wild for the Hulkster. He announces an 8 man tournament, determining who the 4 men Hogan will choose from to become the Number One Contender, and face Jeff Hardy at Lockdown.

We will see RVD vs “Cowboy” James Storm. Christopher Daniels will face Magnus. Kurt Angle will face Samoa Joe, and Bobby Roode will face Austin Aries.

At the end of the night, Hogan will listen to the crowd, and choose the person that faces Hardy.

Now as far as Aces and 8’s, they challenged any member of the roster to a match at Lockdown, and Hogan called Sting.

Here comes The ICON.

It’s SHOWTIME in London.

Those scumbags, Aces and 8’s made the challenge, and the challenge is accepted. So Sting will scout some talent, and choose 3 killers to team up with him and face Aces and 8’s. So what cha’ going to do when The Stinger runs wild on you?

Tonight, “Cowboy” James Storm Vs RVD, Kurt Angle Vs Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode Vs Austin Aries, and next, Christopher Daniels Vs Magnus.

When we come back, Magnus Vs Daniels, now.

Magnus wins with a Flying Elbow, a good match here, but the referee threw out Christopher Daniels’ manager, Kazarian. That manager’s licence costs alot of money.

Bully Ray and Brooke Hogan are backstage.

Bully Ray is injured, and cannot compete tonight. The two things he wanted most are to marry Brooke, and win the World Heavyweight Championship. It’s Valentine’s Day, and he is going to celebrate it with his wife. Brooke found his wedding ring on the sink, he has to wear it.

Next, it’s Joe Vs Angle.

We are in London, England and we hear from Magnus.

This is his life, his religion, and it was taken away from him by Aces and 8’s with a hammer. When it’s taken away from him, you take it and fuel it. A world-class athlete, in a world-class arena, in a world-class organization proved to Hulk Hogan he has what it takes to become World Heavyweight Champion.

Joe Vs Angle, now.

The match ends in a no contest when Bischoff and Briscoe attack both men as they are down. But Joe and Angle have the last word by taking them down.

A very good match, but a crappy, yet predictable ending.

When we come back, Dixie Carter is with Marty and The Blossom Twins, from British Boot Camp. All three get their opportunity to compete in the ring, and that match is next.

Marty and the Blossom Twins are facing Tara, Gail Kim, and Jesse now.

Gail, Jesse, and Tara win when Gail hits Eat Defeat.

After the match, Gail informs us that next week, Tara has to put her Knockouts Title on the line, and she wants that title shot.

Brooke Hogan makes her way to the ring. She did confirm that there is a title match, and Gail will have that opportunity, but Tara also has to face Brooke Tessmacher, and Velvet Sky in a 4 Corner Elimination Match, and to make sure we get a decisive winner, she will be at ringside.

Footage from Dixie Carter’s appearance last week on Bellator TV is shown. Jeff Hardy has extended his contract to 2 years, which is great news for TNA.

We see footage from Jeff Hardy’s injury, and tonight, who will he face at Lockdown?

Roode and Aries are bickering backstage about facing each other. After all, Hogan is just jealous of the two of them, but regardless they have to do what is right for business, and they are both on the same page.

Our next match is RVD Vs “Cowboy” James Storm.

Storm wins the match with a Last Call. A good competitive match here, and I would have no issue with Storm Vs Hardy at Lockdown.

Joseph Park runs into Hogan and Brooke backstage, the boys told Park that to get on good graces with Hulk, he needs to politic to get his match with Hardy, at Lockdown.

He even has “Vote for Park” buttons, and everything. Hogan told Joseph he is in good graces with him, and it seems the boys are ribbing Park. Ask the boys what ribbing means.

But Hogan will vote for Park.

Next, Aries Vs Roode.

We are backstage again, with Brooke Hogan politicking to get her Dad to give Bully Ray the Number One Contender spot, and he broke into this business, because of Hogan. Hulk is going to go watch “The It Factor” Austin Aries. He will keep this all in advisement.

We see a video of Roode and Aries together, and how they won the World Tag Team Titles, and now our main event, Aries Vs Roode is up now.

The match ends in a double countout when Chavo and Hernandez come out, dressed in Aries and Roode T-shirts, respectively. Roode and Aries tried to get the upper hand with Hogan, by doing the Poke of Doom finish, but both men refused to lay down.

Hogan is on his way to the ring. We will find out who is facing Hardy at Lockdown, next.

Hogan comes out again, he is about to say who he is going to choose as the Number One Contender when Aces and 8’s make their way to the ring. Devon, leading the pack, surrounding the ring. But here comes Bully Ray, limping to the ring, with his chain. Sting comes along too, with his trusty bat, ready for Aces and 8’s to make their way, and Devon pulls the troops back, ending the show in a stand-off.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

I just think this build to Lockdown has been very poor, and part of it has been because they went to England this past month. Usually, when wrestling companies are in the other countries, especially TNA, it’s more about the atmosphere than the show itself. It certainly hurts that the World Heavyweight Champion isn’t there, to set up the Lockdown main event either. I think next year, they need to plan these trips after Lockdown, because in terms of PPV, there is nothing going on in the next two months after that.

Right now, there is one match confirmed, another Lethal Lockdown match, and there are no stakes right now. In other words, we still won’t know who is behind Aces and 8’s. In fact, I don’t think we will know until that Chicago show, after Lockdown. If we still don’t know after then, I won’t care anymore.

What the hell is the point of a tournament if there is no defined winner? We are still left at a loop over who gets the Number One Contender role at the PPV, and next week, we will be 2 weeks into the big show. TNA might be drawing higher ratings, but in my opinion they are completely dropping the ball.

Next week is the final taped show in England, and I love the crowd, the atmosphere, but the writing, pacing, and sense of the show has to be better, and it has to start next week.

What were your thoughts? Let me know, here.

WWE Monday Night Raw 2/11/13…The Rock Returns To Raw

We are six days away from Elimination Chamber, one more step in between Wrestlemania. The Rock is scheduled to appear tonight, with he and CM Punk get one more dance this Sunday.

Grab a beverage, sit back, and relax, cause we are going to Raw.

We are live in Nashville, Tennesse. Paul Heyman is in the ring.

Heyman says this is the last time we will see him. He might be alot of things, but he will never play the victim. Everything he has done in his life, he does with great passion, and with that passion, many things sacrificed him. For 7 years, he gave everything in his power to bring us the single most entertaining product in Professional Wrestling, and Sports Entertainment, that was ECW. He came to WWE, and saw the most gifted rookie, and gave him everything, he sacrificed everything to give us “The Next Big Thing”, Brock Lesnar.

Then he saw the future in WWE, someone he knew could ecplise Bruno Sammartino’s Title reign, a man that would main event many Wrestlemanias, and that man should still be the WWE Champion, CM Punk.

He can see the future, and say something bad is going to happen, and not only would that be going against him, but that man also will happen to CM Punk. He needs to stay focused, and he has become a distraction, and that is why he is tending his resignation.

You would think when someone pours his heart and soul into this, there wouldn’t be a dry eye in the crowd, but he has as much compassion for the fans, as they do for him. The one thing he won’t miss is the WWE Universe. You see what you have driven to him?

CM Punk needs to be focused on becoming WWE Champion again, and with that statement, he will not stand in the ring with Punk, and celebrate his 455th day as WWE Champion, after he beats The Rock. And with this moment, he says goodbye.

Here comes CM Punk.

Punk wants to know what Paul is doing. Heyman says he is in Punk’s way. Vince McMahon thinks Heyman paid for The Shield to be in the way, he thinks Heyman brought Brad Maddox in, and that is his perception, he thinks he brought in Brock Lesnar.

Punk said he won’t allow him to do that, listen to the fans, they admire Heyman like he does. Heyman told Punk at day one that with the McMahons, perception is reality. If you think what Vince did at Royal Rumble was bad, think about what he will do. He doesn’t want to be a martyr, let him go.

Punk said this Sunday, all of this will go away, and he will beat The Rock, and Heyman will be in the corner of the champ, the reigning best in the world, WWE Champion, CM Punk. They are a team.

Heyman said he’s right, he will beat The Rock, and he will witness greatness, and he will be the reigning, defending, WWE Champion.

We get a big hug.

Tonight, we will hear from The Rock, live on Monday Night Raw.

Next, Mark Henry is in action.

The Great Khali is currently in the ring, waiting for Mark Henry.

Rey Mysterio is out of the Elimination Chamber match, so currently there are 3 men in the match. We hope to find out more names added to the match, tonight.

Henry nails the World’s Strongest Slam. Henry leaves the ring, but he eyes Hornswoggle.

World’s Strongest Slam….THAT’S WHAT HE DOES!!!!

Hall of Pain ceremony is in full affect.

This Friday Night Smackdown, a return match….Mark Henry Vs Randy Orton.

Tonight, Cena, Sheamus, and Ryback face 3MB.

We are live in Nashville, Tennessee. Booker T and Teddy Long discuss how impressive Mark Henry has looked.

Chris Jericho makes a wish to get into the Elimination Chamber match, Jericho is a 6-time World Heavyweight Champion, and if he can entertain, why not include him in.

Booker T tells Chris he must impress Booker to get into the match, so to do that, he must face a man that is already in the match, Daniel Bryan.

He is good, he has whiskers, and if he beats him, he’ll be one more step in becoming the 7-time….7-time….7-time World Heavyweight Champion.

On the other side, Vickie Guerrero is in her office, on the phone. Paul Heyman coes into the office, he wants her to add a stipulation to the WWE Title match this Sunday.

Vickie said she can’t do that, without Vince’s approval. The phone rings, and it’s Vince. Heyman tries to butter him up, but Vince, on speaker phone, just wants to know the stipulation.

He asks that if The Rock gets counted out, or DQ’d the WWE Title goes back to it rightfully belongs, CM Punk.

Vince wants this match in writing, and Heyman agrees to it.

Heyman tries to butter him up again, but Vince hangs up.

Daniel Bryan Vs Chris Jericho, next.

Jericho wins the match with a Code Breaker. So he is offically added to the Elimination Chamber match.

The Shield are due to appear to address the WWE Universe.

Coming up next, Cena, Sheamus, and Ryback will face 3MB.

The Westminster Dog Show can be currently seen on CNBC.

Complete squash here, with all 3 men hitting their respective finishing moves at the same time. Cena pins Jinder.

Ryback wants to feast on The Shield, Sheamus said let’s do this tonight. Cena agrees with this, so why would The Shield come to the ring, and leave themselves vulnerable. It’s a bold choice, but also a bad one. The Shield meets its maker. You want some, come get some.

We see footage from this past Friday night on Smackdown, when Big Show gets his bus all painted up.

Earlier today, Yoshi Tatsu and Alex Riley show us they are still employed.

Big Show knocks out both men to prove it.

Matt Striker is in the ring, set to interview Big Show, and as he asks him a question, Show hits the WMD on Striker.

Big Show is too angry to say anything, so he drops the mic and leaves.

We see the replay of Show knocking out Matt Striker.

The class of 2013 Hall of Fame inductees are Mick Foley, Bob Backlund, Trish Stratus, and this man….Bruno Sammartino.

The Rock is here live, tonight.

Jack Swagger is set to take on Zack Ryder. “Dirty” Dutch Mantell is coming out with Swagger. Forget that name WWE wants us to know, it’s Dutch Mantell.

Swagger wins the match with a Patriot Act.

Dutch is going by the name of Zeb Coulter.

Dutch goes on about how he doesn’t even recognize this America anymore. Swagger’s Dad and he fought together in Vietnam, and they are true patriots, and real Americans….remember…we the people.

Booker and Teddy Long are watching this backstage, it seems that Swagger is officially in the match this Sunday.

Dolph Ziggler shows up, and he is upset Chris Jericho is in the Elimination Chamber match, so he wants in the match to stop Jericho.

Booker says another man badly wants in the Chamber match, so if he beats him, he’s in. Okay, so who is Dolph’s opponent?

The Big Red Machine, Kane.

We see footage from last Monday night on Raw, and see what Brock Lesnar did to The Miz.

We get an update about Vince McMahon, he did have hip surgery, is resting at home.

Awesome…The Miz Vs Cody Rhodes, next.

This Wednesday on Main Event, The Highlight Reel returns, with Chris Jericho’s guest being The Miz.

Antonio Cesaro joins commentary for this match. Miz wins by DQ when Cesaro nails Miz, and puts him through the barricade over and over.

We go from there to the WWE for Reading video. Not sure about that format change.

We will hear from The Rock later tonight.

And The Shield, not together, but also tonight.

When we come back, we are going to see Tensai and Brodus Clay face The Colon Cousins.

Baldo Bpmb, match is iver. Tensai, Brodus, and the girls all dance, but Rosa gets into Tensai’s face. Naomi and Cameron take care of her.

But the tone will change to serious, because The Shield will speak, next.

The Shield head out to the ring. Ambrose questions the audacity of John Cena threatening The Shield? Rollins said they take care of the threats, and Reigns says if they want them, come and get them.

Nobody shows up, and they all said they are filled wioth empty promises. Cena is a failure, and they will fail this Sunday.

Ambrose said that cena lives in a bubble, this is not the real world, this is what they call The John Cena Problem. He has been the problem for the past decade. The Shield are the solution.

Rollins said whether it was his intention or not, the standard that Cena laid was what the Sheamus and Rybacks came in, they were the standard. This Sunday they have an opportunity to right the wrong, and take care of it in one full swoop.

The Shield will drown them, believe in The Shield.

Nobody shows up, and the lights go out….when they come back on, Cena, Ryback, and Sheamus are there, kicking their ass. Playing their mind games.

Cena, Ryback, and Sheamus go after The Shield and The Shield runs away.

Earlier tonight, we see Punk and Heyman, with Paul trying to resign, but Punk talked him into staying.

We will hear from The Rock, tonight.

Damien Sandow tells us we should be ashame of listening to country music, and not Beethoven….you’re welcome.

Alberto Del Rio Vs Damien Sandow, now.

Del Rio hits the Cross Arm Breaker, and Damien taps out.

Del Rio saw Big Show out earlier, and he gave us the best promo of his life. But for the first time in his life, he agrees with Show. The time for talking is over, and when he finishes Big Show this Sunday, he can take his tour bus anywhere he wants, because there is only one place Del Rio is going….Wrestlemania.

Wade Barrett is headed to the ring, he will face Kofi Kingston, next. But Bo Dallas attacks him, so will there be a match?

We have our match, and Barrett knocks out Kofi with a Bull Hammer, covering his face with the apron.

Wade wants Bo Dallas in the ring.

Next, Dolph Ziggler Vs Kane, spot in the Elimination Chamber match is on the line.

Kane wins the match with a Chokeslam after Ziggler was distracted for a second when Kane bumped into AJ.

Kane is officially in the Elimination Chamber match, with Jack Swagger, Team Hell No, Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, and Mark Henry.

Coming up next, the WWE Champion, The Rock.

We see an Elimination Chamber video playing.

The Rock comes out, this is a very special night. Not only are we sold out, but finally….The Rock has come back to Nashville.

Nashville is very special to The Rock. You want to know why? It’s story time with The Rock.

In 1987, a 15-year old Rock moved to Nashville. Rock signed to high school, McGavin High School. But Rock still wasn’t an ordinary 15-year old, he was 6’4. But The Rock still didn’t get any play from the women, because the women thought he was an undercover cop.

So instead, a 15-year old Rock hung out with Downtown Bruno in a bar. The door opens up, and in comes a Crackhead. The crackhead was selling a $15 car, and Rock was the only one that fell for it. Because car=women, so at 15 years old, he paid for the car, and drove off. He heard a noise in the backseat, it was another crackhead. So he parked the car, and kicked him out of the car. Rock realized something here, this car might have been stolen. So he did what any 15-year old would do, wait until 2:00 in the morning, and park it in Burger King, and walk back to Tootsie’s Bar.

The Rock said we have two life lessons in this….1. Don’t ever buy a car from a crackhead. 2. Don’t do the things The Rock did when he was 15.

He finally grew up at the age of 25, and wrestled his first match at the Nashville Fairgrounds.

He will retain the WWE Title, beat CM Punk this Sunday, and head to Wrestlemania as the WWE Champion.

Here comes CM Punk, along with Paul Heyman.

The last time he saw the two of them together, they reenacted a scene from Twilight.

He dares Punk to come to the ring, and they can settle this like two men.

Punk pretends not to go to the ring, but he does. The fight is on, but Heyman trips Rock’s feet, and Punk nails him with a GTS.

Punk picks up the WWE Title, and he walks away with the title.

Story time is over Rock. He wants him to understand one thing, everytime he wants to bring it, because it belongs to him, he will just take it.

Punk Vs Rock II, this Sunday, the show is over.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown 2/8/13…Elimination Chamber Madness

We are a little more than a week away from the Elimination Chamber, we find out what is in store for The World’s Heavyweight Champion, and The Big Show.

Tonight, on Smackdown.

Big Show’s bus enters the parking lot, and we see Big Show running quickly into the building, in case Alberto Del Rio enters.

A new theme song, it sounds like it’s from Flo-Rida, and we have a new intro too. We are in Jacksonville, Florida. Here comes The Big Show to the ring.

Big Show is not popular, so that is okay to be forced into putting his World Heavyweight Title in a Last Man Standing match, is that popular? And how about a latin maniac can ambush him in his hotel room, is that fair?

The crowd cheers for that.

This is Bizarro World.

When you’re popular, you can do whatever you want. He doesn’t get us, he tries, and tries, but he just doesn’t get us. When he lays out Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez, they call him a bully? Yet it’s okay when he tries to conduct business in his hotel room, he is called a coward? Before Del Rio attacked him, he signed the contract, which means the World heavyweight Championship is coming back to Big Show, where it belongs.

Alberto Del Rio is suspended for his actions, who cares? he gets a night off, and this is all a double standard. One man is responsible for this, and that’s Booker T. He is jealous because of his accolades, he is jealous because of his titles, he is jealous because he is the biggest man in the world, and he is mostly jealous because he can still compete….

Can you dig it, sucka?

Booker T comes out, and asks what Show’s problem is? He receives his World Title rematch, despite blowing his opportunity at Royal Rumble.

Big Show wants to know who gave Del Rio his hotel information. If it wasn’t him, it was one of his flunkies. The only thing that is keeping Booker T going is Big Show. Booker tells him he treats all of his superstars the same, which is why he suspended Del Rio.

Booker didn’t answer the question, who gave the hotel information?

Booker says Big Show is the biggest athlete, he can be found rather easily, but he needs to focus his attention on his opponent tonight. Big Show asks why wasn’t he informed on his cell phone? Or tweet? Booker says his opponent is someone who lost this past Monday night, but he wants to badly get into the Elimination Chamber, and that is The Big Red Monster, Kane. Now can you dig that, sucka?

Big Show Vs Kane, tonight.

The sides seem even now after this past Monday night, with The Shield and WWE. We will see that footage, later tonight.

Our first match are two men that need wins, Kofi Kingston Vs Cody Rhodes.

Rhodes picks up the win with Crossroads, going to the pay window, if ya wheel.

Team Hell No have had their issues lately, and it took place Monday night, when Daniel Bryan cost Kane his match with Sheamus. And this past Wednesday night on Main Event, Kane cost Daniel Bryan his match against Damien Sandow.

Daniel goes up to Kane, he apologized for costing Kane his match this past Monday. He wants to be on the same page, and he forgives Kane for Wednesday night. He thinks he should come to the ring with Kane against Big Show. From a psychological standpoint, he defeated Big Show in 45 seconds to win the World Heavyweight Title. For public image, it would be good to be shown with a man who is already in the Elimination Chamber.

Kane tells Daniel not another word, the next time he hears from Daniel it is to congratulate Kane after entering the Elimination Chamber match, and slamming Big Show into oblivion.

Next, The Eye of the Storm, with Brock Lesnar and what he did to Mr. McMahon last week, an update on Vince.

2 weeks ago, the Beast himself made a return, and F-5’d Vince McMahon.

Vince had hip surgery this week, and is at home resting. We also see this past week on Raw, Vickie Guerrero is responsible for bringing back Brock Lesnar.

Brock comes out, and gives The Miz a F-5.

We also see with ESPN.com first breaking the news, Bruno Sammartino will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Video of Bruno is being shown.

More action in the ring, Great Khali will face Titus O’ Neil.

Khali wins with the Khali Chop.

Here comes a bad man, The World’s Strongest Man….Mark Henry.

Mark takes out Titus just for being in his way, and he is headed to the ring.

Khali hits a Khali Chop, Henry is on one knee, but Mark gets pissed, and you don’t want Mark to be pissed….WORLD’S STRONGEST SLAM!!!!!

A commercial break.

Moments ago, we see Mark Henry pissed off, and giving Khali a World’s Strongest Slam.

Mark tells us The Hall of Pain is now open, and he is bent on destruction. Is there any questions? Khali doesn’t have any questions, Titus O’ Neil doesn’t have any questions. Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara, this past Monday on Raw, if they had any questions, he thinks he answered them.

We see footage from Henry taking out Mysterio and Sin Cara.

All of this could have been avoided, and it’s Booker T’s fault. He assembled an impressive list of Elimination Chamber participants, but he made one mistake, he left Mark out. How do you leave out the World’s Strongest Man? And that was a critical time to overlook Mark, because he is not one to be overlooked. He needs an explanation, so he wants Booker T to come out now, and answer to him. If he doesn’t, he will come to the locker room, and destroy the entire WWE roster.

Here comes Booker T.

It ain’t going down like this, this is Smackdown.

There is no room for the Elimination Chamber for the World’s Strongest Man, and if there is no room, Mark will make room for himself. And you know what that means? He will injure everyone, and become the only man in the Elimination Chamber.

Booker T said that Mark has been out for 9 long months, and he has to know if he still has it in him. But if beats one of the participants tonight, he’ll be in. His opponent? “The Viper” Randy Orton.

Tonight, Mark Henry Vs Randy Orton.

Big Show is upset at the bus driver, and orders him to set the thermostat at 68 degrees, cook his steak, and the toilet is clogged up again, fix that.

He can’t find good help, Show is headed back to the ring, and we see Alberto Del Rio in the wings.

Big Show Vs Kane, now.

Big Show wins with a WMD. After the match, Del Rio shows up on the Titantron, he met a new friend….Big Show’s bus driver. He told him everything that Big Show makes him do, so in honor of Big Show, how about he comes outside and see what he did for Show.

Big Show heads out to the parking lot, and sees the tires have been taken. Show starts to cry, asking why these things happen to him, and Del Rio pours orange pain all over him. Del Rio runs off, and we see him pull up on a tow truck, telling Show he knows someone who can sell him great tires. Just let him know.

Jack Swagger is in the ring, he is facing Justin Gabriel.

Swagger wins with a Patriot Act, his new name for Ankle Lock.

Books to Read foundation with WWE video is being shown, to join the WWE For Reading Challenge.

Tonight, Randy Orton Vs Mark Henry.

We see last week on Raw, when Tensai dressed up in lingerie, and danced with Brodus Clay. We will ignore that.

In the ring, Tensai Vs Heath Slater.

The rest of 3MB come out and lay out Tensai, but Brodus Clay comes out, and helps him take care of 3MB. Then they dance together, so they are officially a tag team.

Tonight, Mark Henry will face Randy Orton.

But first, Antonio Cesaro Vs Sin Cara.

Unreal, Sin Cara pulls off a Canadian Destroyer, and does NOT get the win. The best move in wrestling does not get a win. Cesaro wins with a Neutralizer.

Randy Orton is with Matt Striker.

He is not impressed with Mark Henry, taking out anyone he wants, being out 9 months. Because that means he has to go through him, and that won’t happen.

The odds are even, next.

When we come back, Matt Striker is with The Miz. He wants to know how Miz is doing after Monday night’s attack.

Miz has been in the ring with many superstars, but he saw something in Brock Lesnar’s eyes he had never seen before, a different animal. But he’s still here on Smackdown.

Cesaro runs in and laughs, calling Miz a typical American, someone who whines and complains, but does nothing.

Miz said he is right, it’s time to do something. So the two men start to fight.

Raw Rebound, featuring The Shield, John Cena, Ryback, and Sheamus.

The match is set for Elimination Chamber, The Shield Vs Sheamus, Ryback, and John Cena.

Our main event is up next, Mark Henry Vs Randy Orton.

Mark Henry wins the match with a World’s Strongest Slam. Henry is in the Elimination Chamber match.

The show ends with Mark Henry telling us The Hall of Pain is in session.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

Another average show, but seeing Mark Henry, and Jack Swagger back is a great change of pace. Even though the match was short, Mark Henry was impressive, and being able to lift up Great Khali the way he did was awesome. We still don’t have the full list of participants set for the Chamber match, but that should be solved this Monday, at least, let’s hope so, since the PPV is just 9 days away.

But nothing else happened tonight, I am just not feeling Big Show Vs Alberto Del Rio, because we had already seen it, which is one problem WWE has. When two guys compete for a title match, we HAVE to see them in the same matches, for at least minimum 3 times. I understand Show receiving a rematch at Rumble, since he had just lost the title, but why does he realistically get another title shot, when he lost in the last match?

I also hate how Smackdown has become an infomercial for Raw, a program that already has 3 hours of TV.

What did you think of the show? Let me know, I will talk to you Monday night.
