WWE Friday Night Smackdown 12/6/13…The Face Vs The Beard

Tonight, we are in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Michael Cole and JBL welcome us to the show, and we will hear from the WWE Champion, Randy Orton now.

In 10 days, at TLC it will be Champion Vs Champion. John Cena’s championship and his championship up for grabs, Randy will prove he is the champion of champions. He will also show the world that he can overcome, despite what John Cena did to him this past Monday night.

We take a look at the footage from Monday night.

Even though he is broken inside, he isn’t whining and crying about it, like other superstars have done. He will show he is the greatest superstar this industry has ever seen. He knows he isn’t the most popular guy, but he doesn’t care….he doesn’t like us, never have, and never will.

But he does like Stephanie McMahon and HHH, sometimes he may not appreciate them as he should, so he is here to publicly apologize to The Authority.

Enter Daniel Bryan.

Daniel think he needs to apologize to all of these people for impersonating a champion. Because of all of the title matches they have had, not one did he legitimately beat him. Don’t think that because he is battling The Wyatts, he hasn’t forgotten about him. Because whoever wins the title match at TLC, Daniel will be waiting at the front of the line for a title shot. But since they are out here, since he is looking at the face of WWE, he feels like putting a knee to it. How about they have a match, here tonight for old times sake.

Randy says no, and Daniel says yes. And the crowd chants right along with him, Randy drops his mic and walks away.

The Slammys are this Monday night on Raw and the match is official….Randy Orton Vs Daniel Bryan.

Fandango is in the ring, with Summer Rae. Fandango faces Big E. Langston, with Damien Sandow at the commentary table.

At TLC, it will be Big E. Langston Vs Damien Sandow, for the Intercontinental Title.

Big E. pulls off the win with a Big Ending. After the match, Sandow tries to come into the ring, but Big E. catches him and the two have a staredown.

They lock up in 10 days.

We check a video of WWE2K14.

CM Punk will face off against one member of The Shield, tonight.

Shawn Michaels will present the Superstar of the Year award at The Slammys.

The Rhodes Family will face Curtis Axel and Ryback, now.

Curtis Axel and Ryback win when Cody tries to come to the aid of his brother, but he comes back to the ring slowly, and Curtis rolls him up.

They are trying to tell us that Axel and Ryback could be in line for a Tag Team Title shot, after the win.

Later tonight, Daniel Bryan will face Randy Orton.

We now have Bad News Barrett. He has some bad news for the city of Tulsa. They are cowards, and will fall to one another to the slaughter. Thank you very much.

Alberto Del Rio comes to the ring. He is going to face Kofi Kingston.

Kofi is about to lose here.

The match never takes place because Del Rio lays out Kofi before the bell sounds, and ends it with a Cross Arm Breaker.

Later tonight, CM Punk will face a member of The Shield. We check out what took place a few weeks ago, when The Shield lays out Punk, after Daniel Bryan was kidnapped by The Wyatt Family.

But who will Punk face tonight?

The Shield joins us on the Titantron.

Reigns wants a piece of Punk, but Rollins reminded him they can finish him at TLC. So whoever faces him will remind him what happens when you don’t believe in The Shield.

We are dealing with the best in the world, and it will take the baddest man in The Shield to get the job done.

And Ambrose says in other words, it will be him.

CM Punk Vs Dean Ambrose, now.

Punk wins with a GTS. A very good match, but the crowd didn’t seem into it, until the ending. Punk needed this win to set up the PPV, and the match served its purpose.

Renee Young is with Rey Mysterio. He is a former WWE Champion, and a former World Heavyweight Champion. What are his thoughts, heading into the match. Rey says being a champion alone is enough pressure, and it is about a test on how you can get it done.

The Real Americans interrupt. Zeb questions since Rey wears a mask if he truly is who he says he is. Rey tells him he is a 619’er, which means he is born and raised in San Diego. Zeb challenges Rey to a tag match with The Real Americans and a partner of Rey’s choosing.

We The People

Later tonight, Randy Orton will face Daniel Bryan.

Tamina Snuka will face Natalya, one on one, with AJ Lee joining Cole and JBL at the commentating table.

Natalya wins the match with just a pin, no finishing move, just a pin. Hell, AJ might as well fire Tamina, because she loses to everyone, and she’s supposed to be the bodyguard of the Diva’s Champion.

The Funkadactyls are pimping WWEShopzone.com.

The Real Americans are on their way, will face Rey and a partner, next.

Rey’s partner? Big Show and they are facing The Real Americans, now.

A 619, Chokeslam, Drop The Dime, match is over. Rey pins Cesaro.

Our main event…Randy orton Vs Daniel Bryan is next.

We are in Tulsa, Oklahoma tonight. We see a video on how important the two titles are that will be defended at TLC.

We see footage from this past Wednesday with Cole’s interview with HHH. Is this the most important match in the history?

It could be the most important match in our era. Instead of two champions, we will have one.

We hear from Bad News Barrett.

He has some good news, and some bad news. The good news is for the man who win that match at TLC, they will be the undisputed champion. The bad news though is they will be hunted and envied by all of the boys in the back, so they better treasure that, it might not last long.

Orton Vs Bryan is now.

Orton wins the match with a RKO when Rowan and Harper showed up when Daniel had things going his way. That distracted him long enough to get the RKO.

After the match, Bray Wyatt shows up on the screen, and tells Daniel the clock is ticking. He needs to let them know if Daniel will join them. Together, they would be unstoppable.

The show ends here.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

A decent show here, but honestly they are just setting things up for Slammys on Monday night, and that is fine. But I find it funny that John Cena, when he first won the World Heavyweight Title was saying he would appear on Friday nights, and since then has only appeared on 2 weeks. But the WWE Champion was there tonight, and they brought up how important their match is at TLC.

What did you think of the show? Send me your thoughts here.
