WWE Monday Night Raw 1/2/12…The End Of The World?

I hope you enjoyed your holidays, and now that we are back in the swing of things, WWE should pick things up too.  Tonight, we will find out indeed who was behind 1/2/12 videos.  Also tonight, we will have Dolph Ziggler Vs CM Punk for the WWE Title.  Here we go.

Last Monday, footage of Kane telling John Cena to embrace the hate, and enjoy it.

We are live in Memphis, Tennessee, home of Jerry “The King” Lawler.  Michael Cole and “The King” welcome us to the show as John Cena comes out.

The crowd is mostly booing John here, he says 2011 may not have ended the way he wanted, but it’s a new year and a new beginning.  John Cena is going to make some changes to himself in 2012.

He is going to wear less underwear, what?  His father is now banned from WWE TV, due to This Is Your Life John Cena segment.  Now comes his third resolution, after slapping the face of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in the biggest match of the year, he will prove he does not have lady parts.

One thing that won’t change is his motto, hustle, loyalty, and respect.  He won’t listen to a man who likes to play with fire in being bothered by what the WWE fans want to chant.  It is their right, blah blah blah, he says the same thing he always says, it doesn’t bother him to be booed by people, because it is our right to do that.

Kane, who is backstage interrupts John.  He says that somehow, someway, John will allow his inner demon to get the best of him, and instead, hate will conquer everything, and we see flames in the ring, as Kane’s music starts up.

Tonight, WWE Title match with Dolph Ziggler vs CM Punk.

1/2/12 video is now interrupting the program.  The End Begins Tonight.

When we come back, our first match is World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan facing The Intercontinental Champion, Cody Rhodes in a non-title match.

Daniel Bryan wins with a rollup over Cody Rhodes.  This Friday on Smackdown, Daniel faces The Big Show for the World Heavyweight Title, and Cody faces Booker T for the Intercontinental Title.

Footage is being shown from last week when R-Truth made his return and attacked The Miz.

The Miz is in John Laurinaitis’ office, he said that Truth is wrong for his actions, but says nothing else.  Miz said he might as well go home, but JL reminded him that The Miz started this.  He says he will have people look after Miz to make sure that Truth doesn’t come out during his match tonight against Sheamus.  Miz said he is a lame duck out there, but JL said it’s better than a sitting duck.  Miz is not amused, he walks out and Truth is shown quaking like a duck.

Footage from the very first Royal Rumble is being shown, from 1988 when Hacksaw Jim Duggan won the inaugural event.

When we come back, we see Wade Barrett coming out.  They show us footage from last week on Smackdown, when Wade threw Randy Orton down the staircase, and because of that, Randy suffered from various injuries, they are not sure when he will be back.

Wade said he could wish the fans a Happy New Year, but he has never done it before, so why do it now?  Even though what happened to Randy was an accident, the Barrett Barrage will move on, and he is moving to win the Royal Rumble, so he can main event Wrestlemania.

Here comes Santino, dressed with cobra to interrupt.

Pop quiz, hot-a-shot, who lasted longer in last year’s Royal Rumble?  Wade Barrett or Santino Marella?  Don’t underestimate Santino Marella, here.  He can and will do it again.  And he’ll bring his Cobra too.

So this gives us Wade Barrett Vs Santino Marella, now.

Wade wins the match with a Winds of Change Sideslam.

The Miz is now with the Bella Twins, they argue again, and all Miz wants to know if they saw R-Truth, they said they haven’t, but they did see Little Jimmie, and Miz storms off saying he is glad Alberto is injured.  Truth is lurking behind The Miz….shhhhhhhhh.

Our next match is Sheamus facing The Miz.

The match ends in a no contest when Sheamus sends Miz out with thunderous hooks.  The Miz bails out of the ring and into the crowd.

Truth is on the mic, guess who he ran into?  Little Jimmie.  Little Jimmie said he doesn’t like Miz, and he has to get got.

The Miz is met with a Brogue Kick outside of the ring, R-Truth catches up with Miz.  Truth nails him with the water bottle, his signature move, and he goes back into the crowd.

This weekly Miz beatdown was brought to you by Little Jimmie….where you got to get got.  What do you say about that Little Jimmy?  A kid answers Happy New Year, Miz.

Happy New Year, indeed.

Still to come tonight, Dolph Ziggler will face CM Punk for the WWE Title.

WWE Title match is coming up in a mere minutes, they show us footage from last week when Dolph Ziggler defeated the WWE Champion, CM Punk.  Thanks to John Laurinaitis, of course.

Josh Matthews is with Dolph Ziggler, and he’s showing off.  Does he think he will defeat the WWE Champion for the title tonight?  Who writes these dumb questions.

But Ziggler believes he will just as easily as he just did a handstand.  Wile education is going lower and lower, thanks to states like Tennessee, he is a walking surplus of talent.  Everything he wants, he gets, except for one thing, the WWE Title.  But it’s just a matter of time when that happens.

Zack Ryder is with Eve Torres, talking about watching his tag team match with Eve later tonight, and in comes Jack Swagger.  He has a problem because someone is an imposter as the United States champion.  Eve so nicely tries to tell Zack he is talking about him.  Zack says just because their last names end in E-R doesn’t mean he won’t send Swagger to THE ER.

Swagger said he is the All-American American, which means he was born to win the United States Title.  He’ll take his girlfriend, and his title.

Zack wants to go right now, but JR intervenes.  He isn’t going to reward Swagger for interfering with Ziggler-Punk match, but what he will do is give us a 6 man Elimination Tag Team match with Jack Swagger, Mark Henry, and Kane taking on Zack Ryder “Woo Woo Woo”, The Big Show, and John Cena.

Main event is set, which means WWE Title match with CM Punk Vs Dolph Ziggler is up next.

Dolph Ziggler wins the match by countout when JL comes out and interferes.  Punk had the Anaconda Vice on Ziggler, and Dolph tapped out, but the referee didn’t see it.  JL told the ref the turnbuckle was unattached, Punk looks at JL, but Ziggler tries to give attack Punk, but Punk turns around and Ziggler runs into JL instead.  Dolph flings Punk out of the ring, with JL “inadvertently” holding onto the top rope, sending Punk over the rope for the countout win.  Ziggler grabs the WWE Title and runs off into the crowd.

6-Man Elimination Tag match tonight is set, John Cena, Zack Ryder, and Big Show will face Mark Henry, Kane, and Jack Swagger.

He is Here video is played now.

Royal Rumble flashback, 1995 when Shawn Michaels drew number 2, and won the Rumble.

We are live in Memphis, Tennessee, and we have The Bellas coming out for their match, they are facing Kelly Kelly and Eve Torres.

The Twins win with the ol’ switch-a-roo.

We come back to JL’s office, when Punk barges in.  He said for two weeks, JL screwed him, he can let last week slide, but tonight, he almost cost him his title.  JL said his problem is with Dolph Ziggler.  Now he has earned a title shot, and will get one at Royal Rumble.  He has named himself Special Guest Referee.  Punk said he may need Otunga, because if he screws him at Royal Rumble, he will be in jail for animal cruelty, because he will beat JL like a bitch.

1/2/12 video is revealed….and he is…..Chris Jericho.

We are in complete dark, and see Jericho’s neon suit jacket, and he does his Y2J pose.  He comes out, screaming come on baby, slap high fives with the crowd, comes into the ring.  The crowd loves him, he loves them right back.  He goes back out to the crowd, slaps high fives with the crowd, reaches for the mic.  He adores the crowd, and by golly, they adore him too.  He salutes them to the crowd, now he gets them to cheer on command, and drops the mic, leaves, and gives everyone high fives.  The crowd seems to be booing this, but I think it’s brilliant.

Coming up next, 6-man Tag Team Elimination match, John Cena, Big Show, and Zack Ryder facing Kane, Mark Henry, and Jack Swagger.

I guess Kane isn’t going to appear here, so it’s a 3 on 2 Handicap match.

Big Show and Mark Henry are counted out, so are both eliminated.

Jack Swagger is eliminated with an Attitude Adjustment, Cena and Ryder are the winners, and survivors in the match.

Cena and Ryder celebrate in the ring, and we hear Kane’s music again.  Cena decides to meet him outside the ring, but Kane meets Zack Ryder, from hell.  Kane nails Cena when John came back to the ring.  Kane grabs Zack Ryder, and drags him back to hell, but the hero saved Zack, and flames are out to end the show.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

I wanted the Royal Rumble to be pushed this week, and that’s what WWE gave us.  CM Punk Vs Dolph Ziggler, with John Laurinaitis as special guest ref is set.  I am sure that we will see John Cena Vs Kane too, probably The Miz Vs R-Truth as well.

And, we finally got to see who is here to end the world, and his name is Chris Jericho.  What we don’t know is why he is back….yet.  But we will, he still has the crowd in the palm of his hands.  Always fun to watch.

Other than that, everything else was there.  I find it strange though the Diva’s Champion hasn’t been on TV for a few weeks though, but we’ll see if that changes soon.

WWE Monday Night Raw 12/26/11…Holiday Special

I hope you guys had a great Christmas and safe Holiday.  This is the final Raw of 2011, we are in Chi-Town, CM Punk’s home town, let’s see what is in store for tonight.  As Nickelback says, let’s “Burn the ground tonight”.

We are sold out tonight in Chicago, Michael Cole and Jerry “The King” Lawler welcome us to the show, and CM Punk starts the show off.

Not really, it’s John Laurinaitis coming out to Punk’s music.  He is wearing his shirt too, a funny touch.

John L. says we never know what is going to happen since he has taken over, and he is a CM Punk believer, therefore, he is honoring the WWE Champion, tonight.

And here comes the WWE Champion, Chicago’s own CM Punk.

If Punk didn’t know any better, he thinks John is trying to antagonize him.  He thinks he is trying to get a reaction out of Laurinaitis, so what is stopping him from kicking John in his face?

JL said he can fire him, but since this is the holiday season, John wants to give Punk a gift.  He is off for tonight, but hey….he is joking.  Who said he can’t be unpredictable?

Punk said John can’t be unpredictable, but JL listens to the fans, and he gives them what they want.  John knows the fans want to see Punk wrestle, so he will put him in a gauntlet match.  Three hand-picked opponents, and if they beat Punk, they get a WWE Title shot next week on Raw.

Punk brings up what happens if he beats them?  JL hasn’t given much thought to that.  But Punk has, he says when he defeats the three men, he wrestled a fourth match, against John Laurinaitis.

John says you don’t want any of this.  It’s not fair to wrestle the WWE Champion after he wrestles 3 times.  Plus, it’s not right to pin the WWE Champion.

The fans are chanting you can’t wrestle.

Punk states that Laurinaitis listens to the fans, so if they want the match, make it happen.

JL said you’re on.

Who will Punk’s opponents be tonight?  We’ll find out.

The 1/2/12 video is being shown again, he, or she will make an appearance next week on Raw.  And, the announcers are completely no-selling this video at all.

Coming up next, a rematch to the TLC PPV….Cody Rhodes Vs Booker T.

Booker T wins in a very good match with a Scissors Kick.  This is a non-title match, but I bet this feud isn’t over with.  Booker even gives the Chicago fans a Spin-a-rooni.

Zack Ryder is backstage with John Cena.  He wants to thank him for giving him the opportunity.  Cena doesn’t want to hear that, Zack did this himself.  He earned everything he has received.  Cena states that he is calling Kane out tonight, and he’ll make sure 2011 goes out like a bang.

King has a note, and he knows the 3 opponents for CM Punk.  They are Jack Swagger, Dolph Ziggler, and Mark Henry.

If Punk can beat all three of those Wrestlers, we will get to see CM Punk Vs John Laurinaitis.

Big Show is backstage with Kelly Kelly.  Scott Armstrong informs Show that JL wants to see him in his office right now.

Oh good gravy, JL is talking to poor Brodus Clay, he says he is going to debut next week, we’ll see if that’s true.

Show comes in, and JL asks him to explain why he knockout David Otunga.  Otunga says he can sue him.  Show said he can beat him with one arm.  JL has a brilliant idea, tonight, Big Show, with one arm tied behind his back will face Otunga.  Show reminds Otunga that a one-armed Giant is better than a lawyer with no testicles.

Dolph and Swagger are bickering back and forth over who will beat Punk.  Vickie Guerrero intervenes, and tells them it doesn’t matter who gets a title shot next week, as long as either man brings the WWE Title back in the Vickie Guerrero stable.

Mark Henry bumps into all of them, and says Excuse Me.  Very funny.

Zack Ryder and Eve Torres will team together, next.

Zack and Eve will face Tyson Kidd and Natalya.

Zack and Eve win the match when Zack pulls off the Rough Ryder.  After the match, they hug.  Is this a romance in the works?

John Cena is coming out next.

Cena comes out, and we see the footage from last week when Kane took out Cena, again.  Cena talks about the Chicago magic.  Chicago has hosted 3 Wrestlemanias, Chicago was where the late, great Eddie Guerrero was inducted into the Hall of Fame.  And, CM Punk defeated Cena at Money in the Bank, at Chicago this past year.  They say New York is the “home” of WWE, but he says let the world know that Chicago is right there with New York.  Right now, Chicago will witness, hell, fire, and brimstone, and tonight….Chicago will witness Cena Vs Kane.

Awesome….

Here comes The Miz instead.  He said that right now, he wants to see Cena Vs The Miz.  Everyone knows 2011 was the year of The Miz.  He defeated Cena at Wrestlemania, but let’s face it, that win was a bit tainted, because some say The Miz won, only because of The Rock.

Fans chant Rocky, but Miz doesn’t want to hear that.  He just wants the end of 2011 to be where The Miz is standing triumphantly over Cena.  Cena wants The Miz to wipe that “tan” off.  If he wants a match, all we have to do is send out a ref, and he has the match.

Right on cue, here comes the ref, and the match is on now.

The Miz is on the mic, he said that people needs to call the right name.  This match doesn’t matter, in this crappy city.  He defeated Cena in the grandest stage of them all.  He is the most Must-see WWE Champion of all time.  He is a winner, unlike the Chicago Bears.  He is The Miz….and he’s…..

The Truth shall set you free…..

Here comes R-Truth, and he is here for a fight.

Truth and Miz start to fight, and Truth set Miz through steel steps.  Truth is talking to himself too, he’s in rare form.  He grabs the mic, but Miz is still fighting.

He said he can finish this right now, but where is the fun in that?  Ain’t no fun in that.  That’s the problem with Christmas.  You open up the presents, then it’s over.  He wants every Monday night to be like Christmas.  So he’s going to take his time, and all the little Jimmies said it’s alright.  They going to be got, Jimmy.

Truth has a bottled water, and knocks The Miz out with it.

Moments ago, we see what we just saw…R-Truth coming back, to get him some of The Miz.

Cole said that Kane will still appear tonight, and explain his actions over John Cena the last few weeks.

Big Show Vs David Otunga, with Show tying one arm behind his back is on now.

Big Show wins by DQ, when Mark Henry comes out and tries to get him some of Big Show.  But before he can, Daniel Bryan comes out long enough to distract Henry, and Mark is met with a Chokeslam.

Still to come tonight, Kane will answer to John Cena.

Here comes Alberto Del Rio, in a wheelchair.

Ricardo Rodriguez is in a neckbrace too.

The year has ended in a tragedy, the men who has won everything, Royal Rumble, WWE Title two times has ended the year tragically, in an injury.  ADR completely tore his groin.

The fans are laughing about that, what’s wrong with you Chicago fans?

The Bella Twins come out, to defend ADR.  Nikki said that when ADR comes back, she will personally throw him a party.  The two sisters fight over who throws ADR a party, and he doesn’t want to see them right now.

Del Rio promises us one thing, he will be back, and he will be more vicious than ever before.  He will become WWE Champion again.

They tell us we may see CM Punk Vs Mark Henry tonight, and they show us footage of WWE ’12.

CM Punk Vs Jack Swagger is up next.

Punk defeated Swagger with a swift kick to the head.

Here comes “The Showoff” Dolph Ziggler.

Ziggler defeated CM Punk with a Zig Zag, after some interference from John Laurinaitis.  Actually, he distracted Punk long enough to have Dolph pull off the move.  Ziggler celebrates the win with a run at ringside.  So next week on Raw, it’s CM Punk Vs Dolph Ziggler, for the WWE Title.

Kane speaks, next.

This week on Smackdown, Wade Barrett Vs Randy Orton one final time, in a Falls Count Anywhere match.

Here comes the Big Red Machine to close out the show.

The is the real Kane, the one wearing the mask….

Here comes John Cena.

Kane tells Cena to stop.

He didn’t come out to pick a fight.  But why did Kane choose Cena to be his victim?  He has led all of the people to astray.  He has told people to “rise above the hate”, but that’s a fallacy.  The world is a dark place.  It’s okay to hate, humans are hateful, by nature.

People hate their bosses, they hate their spouses.  it drives us, it motivates us, it fuses our impulses.  Kane knows John feels it himself.  But once, he embraces the hate, John becomes honest with himself.  He becomes free.  With John’s denial, he becomes weaker by the moment.  And when he embraces the hate, he can become free.

The crowd gives John a chant of Let’s go Cena….Cena Sucks.

But Kane is going to help John, and all of these people will help him on his path to enlightenment.  The last image that John will see this year, the last thing he will hear is each and every one of these people chanting which tears his soul apart…Cena Sucks.

The show ends with Cena looking down on the chants.

Kevin’s Thoughts:

This was a fun show to end 2011, and it surely gave us some very interesting previews for 2012.  First thing is next week, we will have a WWE Title match with Dolph Ziggler Vs CM Punk.  I honestly thought they would wait for that with Royal Rumble, but it should be a good match next week.

We also continue the slow John Cena heel turn, for his match with The Rock at Wrestlemania, and the pieces were there tonight.  A very nice way to end the show with the Chicago faithful to chant “Cena Sucks”, and for the first time, it seemed to bother him a bit.  The heel turn is coming, the question is when will it take place.

Everything else was just here, and that’s not a bad thing.  I expect the next week to be a loaded show.  We will see who is coming back, and behind those 1/2/12 videos, I still say it will be Jericho.  I hope I am correct, because the Wrestling world badly needs him, and we are all missing him too much.

What did you think of the show?  Send me your thoughts by emailing me at DJKevinGillman75@aol.com or let me know on the site.

WWE Monday Night Raw 12/19/11….Kane’s Resurrection

The night after TLC, we are live on Raw’s Supershow.  We are in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  CM Punk is speaking backstage, giving us a review of what took place last night at TLC.  Yes Virginia, CM Punk did retain his title last night.  Here he comes.

Michael Cole and Jerry “The King” Lawler welcome us to the show.

Despite all odds, Punk managed to retain his WWE Title.  He is beat up and sore, he believes that many people think he would never hold this title.  Which brings us to the United States Title match.

Who was the winner?  Mr. Sickles, Dolph Ziggler, or Zack Ryder?

Winner was Long Island Ice Z….Zack Ryder.  Woo Woo Woo….You Know It.

Here comes Zack, the new United States Champion.

And now, Punk saved the biggest for last.  Last night, the World Heavyweight Championship was on the line, in a Chairs match.  Who won?

Mark Henry?  Big Show?

Big Show won, but the unthinkable happened, someone else won the World Heavyweight Title.  It was….Daniel Bryan.

Here he comes.  The People’s Choice.

He figured if any city would appreciate this setting, its Philadelphia.  A city so enriched in pro Wrestling history, and we get an ECW chant.

Whoever thought that 2 kids, who met each other 10 years ago at the Murphy rec Center would be standing in a WWE ring as WWE Champion, and World Heavyweight Champion.  Not to mention, Long Island’s own Zack Ryder.

Punk said tonight this isn’t about himself, but rather two men who started at the bottom, and made their way at the top.  Two men who have broken their backs, done whatever they can to grow as wrestlers, for the fans.  He has nothing left to say, what about Zack Ryder?

Zack said he called his Dad this morning and asked him if he knew he was the United States champion, and he said Woo Woo Woo…You Know It.

Daniel Bryan said people have said over the years he doesn’t belong there, people like Michael Cole.  But guess what, he is here.  And, he is the World Heavyweight Champion.

The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, and Alberto Del Rio show up on the ramp.

Here they come.

The three champions are holding their own, but the three challengers gather around, Zack misses a plancha, and the heels ram him into the steel steps.

Johnny Ace hold them together, he said he gave everyone an opportunity last night at TLC.  Some of them were successful, others were not, he decided the main event tonight.  A 6 man tag match between The Miz, Alberto Del Rio, and Dolph Ziggler Vs CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, and Zack Ryder.  Consider this a present gift from John Laurinaitis.

Last week was the shocking return of Kane, and tonight, John Cena speaks.

Coming up next, Randy Orton will face Wade Barrett, one on one.

Wow, Wade Barrett was DQ’d in this match to an eye poke.  I guess we can call it the eye poke of doom here.  After the match, Barrett grabbed a table underneath the ring, and laid Orton out with Wasteland, through the table.

Last night, HHH put his “former friend”  Kevin Nash out of pasture with a sledge-hammer, and put him through a table at TLC.

Nash sustained multiple contusions, including a nasal fraction, and will keep him out of action for at least 6 weeks.

Diva’s match is up next, Alicia Fox taking on Beth Phoenix.

Alicia Fox wins a very short match with her spin kick.  She should get another title match.

She has the mic, telling us she hopes we have a Foxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy Holiday.

Still to come, our main event is a big 6 man tag team match between CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, and Zack Ryder taking on The Miz, Alberto Del Rio, and Dolph Ziggler.

Sheamus is heading to the ring, he is facing Jinder Mahal…again.

Jinder is talking trash to Sheamus again, that’s a bad idea.

Sheamus wins with a Celtic Cross.

John Cena will speak about last week’s attack by Kane, next.  Please John, no jokes.

Here comes the former Champ.

He starts off with jokes.  Apparently, people do not like him.

He is ready for April 1st, you hear that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson?  He understands why The Rock doesn’t like him, but he can’t understand why a monster doesn’t like him.  He’d like to think that Cena was at the wrong place, at the wrong time.  If he wasn’t, he knows he is here to face his fears.  If it was mistake, he can live with that, if last week was not an accident, then Kane they should handle their business.

Here comes Mark Henry.

The business Cena should be concerned with is the fact that Mark had John laid out, and if it wasn’t for Kane, he would be the newest member of The Hall of Pain.

But Cena is out here making jokes, Mark isn’t here for jokes.  He lost his World Title last night, so he is here to address his injuries, and his loss.  If he was Cena, he would get to stepping, because Henry is the one Cena should be worried about.

Here comes Kane.

Kane is circling around Mark Henry, but he looks to the ring, and heads towards Cena.  So it wasn’t a mistake last week.

Kane puts a Claw on Cena, and takes him out, dragging his shirt off and leaving with it.

We are live in Philadelphia, and moments ago, we see what we just saw…Kane attacking John Cena.

Hey it’s Rosa Mendes….and who is she with?  Who cares, it’s Rosa Mendes.

The Uso’s are ready for their match with the Colon Cousins.  But, Rosa Mendes is there.

The Colon Cousins win the match so that Rosa Mendes can jump up and down.

The Road to Wrestlemania begins at the Royal Rumble.  January 29th.

Josh Matthews is with The Intercontinental Champion, Cody Rhodes.  How does he feel after defeating Booker T?

Cody is talking about Santino, and he has a present for Cody.  The present is the Cobra.

Beward Coby, beward.

Cody Rhodes Vs Santino is up now.

Cody wins with an Alabama Slam.

Footage from last week’s Tribute to the Troops is showing.

John Laurinaitis informed The Bella Twins that the board is watching over Teddy Long, they both give him a kiss.  Vickie Guerrero comes in, screaming for a United States Title rematch for Dolph Ziggler, vs Zack Ryder.  Hornswoggle has some mistletoe, and kissed her.

Seriously, the writers actually came up with this segment?

Last night, history took place, Zack Ryder and Daniel Bryan became champions.  WWE.com talked to Zack’s father after the show, a very proud papa.

Josh Matthews has The Big Show.

How does he feel about Daniel Bryan cashing in the title shot over Big Show.

He had it in his hands, 9 long years, digging and scratching, and within seconds, it went away.  Big Show is speechless.  He blames himself in some way, because he encouraged Daniel to cash in his briefcase a few weeks ago on Mark Henry, but he did it to him at TLC.  He gives him credit, Josh is egging him on, telling him he has the shortest title reign in WWE history.

Yup, a heel turn by Big Show is upon us.

He walks away.

Main event is up now….6 man tag match between The Miz, Alberto Del Rio, and Dolph Ziggler taking on CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, and Zack Ryder.

“The People’s Choice” (Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, and Zack Ryder) defeated The Miz, Alberto Del Rio, and Dolph Ziggler when Daniel made ADR tap to the Labell Lock.

The show ends with the 3 champions celebrating, and “Scrooge” Michael Cole is beside himself.

Happy Holidays!!

Kevin’s Thoughts:

I loved the beginning of this show, and the end.  The rest if the show was just here, and nothing else.  This is the time of the year where things just stand still, and they set in motion for the Royal Rumble.  The one thing I do like about it is it gives them time to build the show up.  I would imagine 1/2/12, things will pick up, and we all see who is coming back on 1/2/12.  My guess, and this is obvious, is Chris Jericho.  I surely would not have an issue seeing Chris Jericho Vs CM Punk at Wrestlemania.

Kane Vs Cena is interesting, although rather annoying when Cena comes out, and gives us horrible jokes.  I hope that the writers come up with that material, because if it’s Cena, then he clearly can’t tell them properly.  Then again, neither can the writers, if they are the ones writing the material.

I love the fact that 3 people the fans can get behind the most are the champions, and it surely made TLC memorable in that regard.

I almost forgot, I can’t stand the fact that Barrett Vs Orton ended in a lame DQ, with a poke in the eye.  Ric Flair was the master of that, can you imagine how many times he’d be DQ’d, if he was in WWE now?
